I pay regularly and on time and am on both a fuel delivery contract and a service contract. Despite this, in previous years they failed to deliver oil and my home ran completely out. My boiler then had issues for nearly a year afterward. At another point, after a delivery, the exterior fill cap was not replaced, leaving the pipe open to the elements. This year, wanting to avoid another problem, I specifically requested delivery online more than a week ago because my tank was getting low. The estimated delivery day came and went with no oil. I then called and was told: "We couldn't get to you today, so we'll be there tomorrow." That day also came and went with no delivery. By this point my tank gauge was extremely low despite repeated proactive communication on my part to avoid exactly this situation. To Paraco's credit, after escalation they eventually delivered a small emergency amount late at night to help prevent a complete runout. However, the overall experience has been extremely stressful and has seriously damaged my confidence in the company's delivery reliability and communication. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

I hired Valiant to put in an "underground" propane tank and generator. They sent several people to…read moretalk to me and each one contradicted the previous person. There was finally a decision and I was sent an estimate to sign. Part of the contract is that any damage done to the property is not their fault and I signed because I think this is pretty standard. All the the workers they sent were great, EXCEPT. it appears the quote I signed and paid for was not at all complete, so to dig the trench was another $2600.00. Then the surge protector was not added so that was another $650.00 These upcharges just kept coming. The Tank was NOT buried as I has asked, but is above the ground and a real eyesore. They willed the tank without asking my permission. The damage to the property is terrible and I have no way to repair it. The last people who came said they would check back, but I have never heard from them. I saved 20 years for this work and to have the mess, and all those up-charges has been terrible. The photos show some of the damage. Valiant said they would leave oil which they did not, they said they would come back and set up an App which they did NOT, they said they would contact me about an extended warranty which they did NOT. There were supposed to contact me about service and they did NOT. It was beena miserable experience. Now I have a generator which may or may not work I am out almost $30,000.. 20 years of saving.
