Another snafu was encountered with clerk at pick up counter yet I am calling out the pharmacist. "J" informed patron antibiotics from two days ago were not completely used. Patron stated the obvious answer as the dentist wanted patron to have plenty of antibiotics for infection. Since previous prescription was electronically sent the dentist provided a written prescription for patron. I will not continue to ramble on about insensitivity towards elderly patrons.
