I believe his insecurities about being a short obese man get the better of him and cause him to be a truly awful person to work with. All the employees trash talked him behind his back. They regularly trash talk anybody who comes in, insulting their intelligence. I was told MANY times to push computers past the Free Eval to Troubleshooting so that we could get paid even if we didnt do work. The Free Eval was just to get people to leave their computer there with the idea being they would most likely pay more than it's worth to get it back. They hold your computer hostage.

UGH! We took my computer in because the screen wasn't working and it was determined that it…read moreprobably needed a new one. Millenium 3 has free evaluations and so we asked them to check it out. We get a call back a few days later saying there are a ton of other problems with it and that we might as well get a new computer!! We go back up there and my computer is a mess!! There are wires exposed and you could just tell that it was not in the condition we left it in. We spoke to a manger and he starts looking at it and says that it actually could be fixed and this is what needs to be done blah blah blah. We ask him about the wires because I did NOT do that. He says it looks like it just wasn't put back together right but there's no way to prove it?!! Oh well whatever! We leave the computer there because it needs to get fixed but yet again we get a call saying there is no hope. We picked it back up and took it to Best Buy and they shipped it off to be fixed. Thanks for nothing Millennium 3. At least this unnecessary hassle was free.

This guy that owns the business pretty much does all the work and is a tremendous guy. You speak…read moredirectly to him just about every time you call and his prices are cheap for the no hassle you get when you catch a virus and whatnot. usually returns my pc within the week and back to working super fast. He supposedly will even come pick up your computer if you request it. The way I see it.... you can try to fix your own problems by spending 3-4 hours recovering lost data, restoring old states, and removing virus infections or you can take it to him for $40 and get it done quick and the right way every time.
