Used to be 5 star. Food is still great but service sucks lately. There's a few new young waitresses who just kill the whole thing. They have attitude, slow to fill drinks, and generally have the young generation whatever attitude. Lately, I would give them two out of five stars, but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt with all of the past and enjoyable experiences I've had. Sometimes we go in and just pray that we get certain waitresses. The place is clean and the bathrooms are clean. Eggs Benedict is probably the best thing on the menu. Memorial day and I decided to try this place. It was a rush from breakfast to lunch. The wait staff were rushed and food orders were backed up! I ordered eggs Benedict! The wait was a minimum of 15 minutes, and getting coffee refills was slow in coming. I have to say the food was good. read more

Love to go out for breakfast and with Payton's Place the nearest restaurant to where we were camping off we went. Sunday morning and crowded. The waitress was friendly and attentive. I enjoyed my pancakes which were hot and perfect with a side of ham. My friend had an meat lovers omelet which he enjoyed except for the ham which was lunch meat ham. Hot coffee, thumbs up! Very good food at very good prices! Right on Main Road! People are nice and the community is great. Quaint little place, very much the classic hometown type stuff. Breakfast is fantastic, lunch is amazing and their wings are PHENOMENAL. My suggestion is to back in when you get there though, kind of a blind area to back out onto the street. read more

Love this place ! Quaint, great food, awesome prices and very nice staff !! Soups are always delicious. I mostly get breakfast but have had sandwiches too and they are always fresh. It seems like there's a regular daily crowd, like the neighborhood hangout for the retired people......that's nice to see !! read more

They tried to rip me off by saying my voucher could only be used on Burgers, not Omelets. I told the waitress i had a voucher-zero issues. When the bill came the waitress ignored me for 15 minutes leaving me waiting. The owner comes and tries to tell me that a food voucher is only good for burgers (what?!) She tries to make me pay but i told her no way. I paid 77 cents tax thats it. My voucher covered the whole thing - i shouldnt have paid anything. Rude customer service. Food was bland.
