He did the music for our ceremony and reception. For the ceremony, he provided structure and was so prepared. He coordinated with our officiant, caterer and the venue staff to create a seamless ceremony. Having the ceremony outside, one would expect it to be difficult to hear, but Mike did test runs. In addition to clip on mics for the officiant and my husband - he had a mic on a stand for our reader and even found out her height ahead of time so it would be perfect when she walked up. Even my grandfather heard our vows perfectly. The reception was in a large museum hall, and somehow Mike managed to make the music completely clear. He was such a pro, that he pronounced every name of the bridal party correctly because he asked them ahead of time. He really took heed of our music selections. Most importantly, he made a stressful process fun to plan. He gave us valuable advice, but never pushed anything we didnt want. Due to COVID, we had a last minute change of plans which entailed moving our ceremony and reception to my in-laws backyard. John was super accommodating, willing to chat or meet whenever needed. He took a huge burden off our backs by helping us rent a generator, and provide lighting for our tent and the remainder of the yard. He had a vision and it exceeded our expectations! He absolutely transformed a bare backyard into a beautiful space that was honestly better than anything our original venue could have provided.

The up lighting that is included in his package gives the room this next level feel, and then he had a dancing light that I didn't know about which made the room feel like a club when party time was going on! He was able to get everyone on the dance floor, and I loved that he got us to do a huge group shot on the dance floor with us and all our guests. He was very engaged and played a variety of songs. He also interacted with the crowd well and allowed us to make many speeches and even sing a song over the microphone. When scheduling and preparing for the big day, PZO productions made everything seamless. When meeting up in person wasn't convenient, they were able to have phone or FaceTime conversations to talk about the big day, put together a playlist, and ask any questions the bride and groom had. Our wedding was on Halloween and we really wanted to embrace the spirit of the Holiday. We wanted an almost cheesy haunted house aesthetic with a funny/lighthearted feel to our whole evening. We told our contact at the venue what we were looking for and he couldn't speak highly enough about the crew at Wired Up Entertainment. When we spoke to Joey he took the time to discuss the various options we had to create the feel of the evening we were looking for within our budget. We were impressed with the various lighting options and the ability to include TV screens to show spooky visuals and slideshows. We even had the ability to stream our event so friends and family who weren't able to attend could still see the ceremony and reception. I think what impressed us the most though was how seamless the whole day was. If there was an issue our DJs were on it. We were actually able to enjoy our reception while Eric and Melvin took care of everything. They let us know when it was time to do the important stuff like special dances, cake cutting, etc. so we didn't have to worry about a darn thing that night. We met in person for finalizations and payment, which really eased my fears especially with the track record I had with the previous DJ. Denis specializes in journalistic photography, which is exactly what we were looking for. We had some posed shots, but the majority is natural. The results were stunning, far exceeded our expectations - the pictures were natural and captured the essence of the day without heavy Photoshop editing. In addition, Denis has a way of taking shots that are unique in its perspective - very different from the samples we've seen from other photographers. We booked Denis about 11 months ahead of time for our 9/9/17 wedding, along with an engagement…read moreshoot that we planned to schedule in the Spring of '17 when the weather was warmer (we signed the contract on 10/31/16). Three days after we booked him, I found out I had stage 3 cancer and would have to go through chemo, surgery, and radiation during the year leading up to our wedding. Since I already had my dress, we decided to scramble and pull together a wedding photoshoot so that we could have pictures before who-knows-what happened. So, we had the good fortune to have Denis take our wedding photos twice! Denis made himself available on a Sunday with only 2 weeks' notice to take our pre-chemo photos. He wore several layers of clothes so we could take pictures in the park on a 40 degree day in November. We were shivering, but the images were gorgeous. Denis plays with reflections, and depth, and light resulting in magazine-worthy shots. Leading up to the wedding day, he was communicative. We had a shot list and timeline worked out ahead of time, which he tailored for us to make sure we got maximum party time, instead of spending the entire cocktail hour taking photos. His style is so natural. The photos are gorgeous. A good mix of those beautiful, perfect, frame-ready shots, and candidly capturing moments throughout the day. He went above and beyond to get "that" shot. He's truly an artist, but also incredibly professional and caring. We couldn't be happier with him and his work.
