They left my taxes on their desk for over a month with no response to any of my communications through text, phone or emails. i had a deadline that needed to be met and it was missed because of them. absolutely no professionalism here. i originally made this review May of 2024 under mangeluff 66. i see that one of their employees has responded recently and just because my screen name does not match with the email i gave you, does not mean you can just dismiss my post. you guys cost me a refund for that year and i am still not up to date cause i took it to H&R block which at least completed the returns but did them wrong.
