They gave me the pitch of getting a short term loan with minimal fees to establish payment history. Once established you get the low interest SBA loan that pays off the short term loan. I have excellent credit, had several different types of SBA loans and I have never been denied a loan until now. Ed and Grant have a great sales pitch and claim to have relationships with other lenders yet nothing happens. I have not had a phone call or email responded to in over a week from ECP. ECP got their commission on the bridge loan and I am out $20k on the short term loan with nothing to show for it. Stay far away.

This law firm WILL NOT accommodate Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals…read more (1) I called them to request legal assistance and spoke with an individual by the name of Amy Jones. She called back and informed me that Mr. Jenkins would accept our case, then asked my domestic partner and myself to come in that following Monday to sign our contract. (2) I informed them the need of a sign language interpreter, Ms. Jones contacted Sign Language Network of Kentucky and learned that there would be a cost. (3) Ms. Jones contacted us back and asked me if I would bring in my domestic partner with me to interpret. I said no since it was a legal matter and Kentucky has a licensure law plus it was required under Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Apparently, that hiring an interpreter was a problem. (4) A few days later, we received a letter from Jenkins Law Firm that he was dropping us as a client and encouraged us to seek another attorney. Mr. Jenkins VIOLATED the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) by wielding his legal powers to avoid to hire a sign language interpreter. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS.
