I went to a couple…read morelenders and went with ECP because they advertised a low interest SBA loan that others could not offer. They gave me the pitch of getting a short term loan with minimal fees to establish payment history. Once established you get the low interest SBA loan that pays off the short term loan. I have excellent credit, had several different types of SBA loans and I have never been denied a loan until now. Ed and Grant have a great sales pitch and claim to have relationships with other lenders yet nothing happens. I have not had a phone call or email responded to in over a week from ECP. ECP got their commission on the bridge loan and I am out $20k on the short term loan with nothing to show for it. Stay far away.
