Calls to the company have so far gone unanswered. Personally, I would never hire them strictly based on that. It seems unprofessional to leave equipment at a job site, spefically a bucket truck blocking access to neighbor's mailboxes.

So last March, 2018, I called him to give me his price on taking down a tree. . .took him a couple weeks to get me his price, which was very reasonable, so I set it up with him to take it down. I told him I was not in any hurry, he could do it any time it was convenient for him, but by mid June, however, I still had not seen or heard from him, so I got in touch with him. . .long and short of it, he sent me a text to tell me he would be over the following week to take it down and that was the last time I heard from him. I sent him a text to ask if he planned on doing it or did he want me to find someone else and he never responded to that question. So, I have given up on him and can only believe he's gotten out of the tree business because his full time fireman position has taken over. A simple reply telling me to go ahead and find someone else to do the job would have been the courteous thing to do instead of leaving me hanging.

Whatever the name, they do a great job. i called after a tree fell overnight in a storm. I called at 9am, they were at our house by noon. Very reasonable cost, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. He gave us a couple of options, and was very helpful with the choices. I was contacted the next day to assess the scope of work to be done. The following morning I received a very detailed quote in my inbox offering various different options and expert opinions. I elected to have one large tree dying tree removed and the stump ground, two additional large trees pruned and thinned out. The work was scheduled a couple weeks out. On the day of service the crew arrived promptly at 8am and the work was done before 3pm. The care in dropping trees and limbs and the impeccable cleanup afterwards was impressive.
