I was very impressed with the responsiveness, efficiency, and transparency of the work I contracted them to do. I filled out their online request. I was contacted the next day to assess the scope of work to be done. The following morning I received a very detailed quote in my inbox offering various different options and expert opinions. I elected to have one large tree dying tree removed and the stump ground, two additional large trees pruned and thinned out. The work was scheduled a couple weeks out. Unbelievable /environmentally unhealthy tree trimming practices this company executed on the Mishawaka Riverwalk. Removed young native Hackberry while leaving older trees.The understory was cleared allowing invasives to proliferate.The limbing up of the remaining trees (vista pruning)is an unhealthy practice that impacts wildlife and reduces the tree canopy. A wood chipper littered the riverbank with fresh wood chips that also washed into the river.Most municipalities are trying to increase tree canopies ,this company should know better. Shame on the city of Mishawaka for not stewarding this natural resource in a responsible manner. read more
