Fries are good but nothing incredible. Probably the best part about Bay Point is the standard that Rick holds himself to. Of the 20 times we've eaten here, the fish was perfect 19 of them. The one time we went that the perch wasn't excellent, Rick went above and beyond to make it right. We were sitting at the bar and Rick was cooking and had a crazy amount of orders. When our perch came out we could tell they were over cooked but were planning on just eating them and not making a big deal. Rick suddenly drops another 12 pieces in front of us and says "I wasn't proud of the fish I gave you guys so have these on the house." Phenomenal service and was so far beyond my expectations. We will come back here anytime we return to the Fox Valley. Wish I could give it 6/5!

While we did damage, the jumbo sized wings were more than we could finish. Meaty, hot and amply sauced, they were very tasty. The full basket of fries came piping hot and also was more than enough to send us home with leftovers. The bar is conveniently located, has a nice sized parking lot and plenty of seating.
