After being told that, I thought I was probably being pranked for a YouTube video, but NOPE. After pinching myself making sure I'm not dreaming or high, I realized I heard the most annoying sound in the world which is "We Wont be Using Cash Anymore Sir!". A company who calls it self Cash Money and take's away it's customers option to use cash. Let me tell you something, I've been using cash since the day I was born, that means I'm old fashioned and plan on staying that way. Many people like me who's still sane would never agree with the termination and removal of cash and replaced by debit, credit, crypto, bitcoin or any of that digital crap, that let's them peak and spy on every purchase you make. I believe a customer has the right to full privacy when shopping and not having companies peeping over their purchase statements. Since "Cash Money" changed to "Cashless Money", this will be the La La Last time I will do business with them, my review wont stop here, I'm also making a YouTube video recommending people to avoid, so stay tuned folks! Have you seen how many other's have made complaints about this? If they want customers to keep coming, they better rethink this "No More Cash" funny business, otherwise will have a whole lot of angry, unhappy people on their hands.

Our goal is to add value to our city and people's lives by transforming our properties into vibrant hubs for business and living". I happen to live in one of the buildings owned by this company. On December 1st our on site apartment manager left as there was talk that Living Balance is in the process of selling said building. Since then, no one from the company has bothered to clean or fix the broken door to the car park. Currently this building cannot be described as a "vibrant hub". I called the office and spoke with Wilson. I advised him of the issues: lack of cleaning in the building and the broken door in the car park. He advised me that the building is old. I didn't understand this explanation. Then he continued with, "any way the new owners will be taking over Thursday Dec 21st". I know someone from Living Balance has come to the building since the sale as the coins in the laundry room has been collected. I find this behaviour utterly disgusting, that this company thinks it's okay to do nothing maintenance wise even though they still own the building until Dec 21st. It's disrespectful for the tenants that live here.

I have lived in 2 of Living Balance's properties at 634 E Georgia St. and 55 Powell St. since 2018…read more I originally moved into 634 E Georgia St and it was such a quick, friendly and easy experience. The property manager was so helpful getting me set up in my new living space and anytime I faced a problem he always responded to it very quickly. Although the building was quite old, the management kept it in very good condition and they had cleaners come in every day to clean the shared spaces. Don't feel put off by the shared washroom situation - it's actually perfect and you'll never have to buy toilet paper or clean the toilet!! (Imagine how convenient it was during the beginning of the COVID pandemic when nobody could even buy toilet paper!!!! We never had that problem lol) After 2 years I felt that I needed a new living space in a different part of the city. Because I was so happy with the service from Living Balance & because I had many bad experiences in the past with other property management companies, I did not want to risk going with another company. So, I spoke with my property manager and he so very kindly moved me into another building that he manages which was in another neighborhood. His name is Driss. Driss was always so kind, understanding, respectful and so very helpful. He made the move to my new place so easy. He very often goes above and beyond his normal duties just because he wants his tenants to be happy. I will even admit that I was late with rent on a few occasions and he never once tried to evict me - he actually cares about his tenants and he shows it every day, you won't meet a nicer property manager. Living Balance offer cheaper rents than most places in Vancouver. It's mostly impossible for a single person to be able to afford a one bedroom apartment in Vancouver but Living Balance offer much cheaper alternatives to the average one bedroom apartment in such an expensive city. Give them a try, you'll get a place of your own that you can afford, you'll meet some awesome people and you'll always be taken care of by this great company. Driss, Gulnaz, Wilson & Gordana - Thank you so much for everything over the past 4 years.
