This place is incredible! First of all, the owners and staff are true dog lovers. They were so kind and helpful when we brought our Australian shepherd for a self groom with add ons (nail trim, anal glands, teeth brushing). They gave us extra tools like de-shedding brushes and even an ear cover for our dog who we mentioned is scared of the blow drier. They checked on us throughout and offered to help. We will be returning to try out their full service grooming and will definitely do the self service bath again too. My dog (puppy- no behavioral issues) has been coming here for several months, and we were happy with the service until a recent incident. Last month, she was injured during her groom, requiring stitches. Unfortunately, the injury was downplayed by both the groomer and the owners, and I was not informed when it happened. Instead, I found out when I picked her up, at which point I was assured it was minor. This was far from accurate--she began bleeding, with her skin visibly torn. I had to take her to an emergency vet, resulting in significant medical costs, although I was eventually reimbursed by their insurance. I should note that during her previous visit, she was also cut slightly on her ear... I overlooked it at the time, as I understand accidents happen, but in hindsight, that was a mistake on my part. While I appreciate the reimbursement, the lack of proper communication and the way the recent injury was handled were deeply concerning. The situation caused my dog significant trauma and I lost both time and income having to care for her recovery....Given everything that happened, it's clear I won't be returning, nor will I recommend this establishment to anyone. read more

This husband and wife duo are exceptional. They are true community members who care for every one of their clients and run a business that will endure and prosper long-term because of their approach both to their pup-clientele and their pup-owner-clientele. They are professional, fair, reasonable, diligent, and caring and I am thrilled to have found them and to have them nearby. Our pup does NOT allow anyone to cut his nails. He turns from the friendliest, goofiest pup into a 55 lb wriggling worm who'll do anything to get away from having his nails clipped. Pawtanicals tried, but never with force, to get his nails done for 45+ minutes and, despite their herculean efforts that they exerted, could not clip them and did not charge for that attempt at providing the service. I think that's very cool especially having seen the time and effort devoted to the cause. They really understand dogs and know how to approach each of the situations that arise. They do not do things that aren't necessary, guiding you in a way that has you understand how fair and honest they are. Our pup has gotten comfortable with walking into their storefront to say "hi", collecting his treat for coming by, and has settled into the notion that sometimes he'll be there for grooming. So far, however, he remains adamant that his nails not be touched. read more

Initially, I came here looking for the self-service option, which was pretty good for those who are looking to do the job themselves! However, after just that one visit, I could tell that Daniela and Eric were trustworthy and good at what they do. They've been giving my pup his monthly baths ever since. They do a decent job with washes but staff and management are both unaware of their policies and dishonest. We had to cancel our appointment unfortunately, fully understanding we would be charged for the appointment but wanted to reschedule for a fee in line with their policy. Staff initially told us there is no way to reschedule or apply a credit although their policy clearly allows it. Their staff noted we would lose our money in full. After getting a hold of a manager, she offered 50% credit towards the next appointment instead of a $10 rescheduling fee as noted on their website. They lost a recurring customer over a few dollars, that says it all. RE: Owner's response below - 1) YOUR team incorrectly scheduled the appointment and then changed it, then after changing we were notified. We did not incorrectly schedule an appointment. 2) The policy does NOT state we would lose the amount in full as you noted below. Only that a fee would be required to reschedule. I took my dog here to get the treatment baths and did the suggest 6 treatments . 3 baths week 1 , 2 baths week 2 and 1 bath on last week He is a 100lbs and not so friendly. They tried their best to wash him but he wasn't happy about it . I wish the treatments had a option for just the customer to use but it's understandable as it's very expensive piece of equipment. It was very expensive. I think it's worth doing if you have the money to do it for months . Unfortunately the results where taking long for my dog but its understandable since his skin issues are bad . The only reason I give this place 4 stars is due to them having cats there to get washed . I am extremely allergic so I was getting sick every time I went there .
