The owner was rude and the groomer refused to be direct as she spoke with me and even booked me for several upcoming appointments and none of this " overwhelming ,shoulder pain " talk was mentioned. Do better with scheduling and your setup. To have two shops and turn a dog away that did nothing wrong is absurd. Either I was not given accurate information from the start, or the business is not properly equipped to handle certain dogs despite accepting them initially and having relocations . Either way, it was a waste of time and very degrading to be discriminated against and given a BS excuse. This place is not a reliable grooming option.
