I was in the Conway area for the Thanksgiving holiday and I noticed my dogs were scratching on…read moreTuesday night. I found a couple fleas so I called some places in the morning to see if the two of them could get a groom. I knew it was the day before thanksgiving so it was a longshot, but for their comfort, I figured I'd try. Their normal groomer is on mat leave so it's been longer than usual. I made a few calls with no luck and then called Salty Dog. I told them my situation and they said they couldn't do full grooms but they could give them a flea bath, nail trim, and some light grooming around their pads etc... I called my vet to get proof of vaccinations sent over and went to drop them off asap. They said they would have them for most of the day, but would call me when they were ready to be picked up. I had some holiday errands to run so I went and did that and got them a few hours later. The check in/check out process is all outside because of covid, but it was very simple. The dogs came back clean, fluffy, and most importantly comfortable. They also had cute fall themed accessories on. A bowtie for Finley and a flower for Molly. They also gave me a discount for my first time in. They did a great job and I was so appreciative of them squeezing us in during a busy time.

Due to my pet being hard to give meds to he offered coming back daily but due to lack of transportation and living a little distance he said to see if a neighbor could help. A tech approached me and said she would be willing to come help give drops. I didn't get the techs name but blond and black hair had tattoos on her left arm.As I didn't want to bother her to drive that far she insisted on helping. I can honestly say no other vet or tech would go out of their vet to help that way. Dr Hardee and the techs are great. Leaving the office was a different story. The smile and the smile we left seeing with thanks to the short dark hair receptionist. The office needs to have these girls train some people on personality that's for sure. My favorite part is that you don't have to leave your dog for 4-5 hours like most other places, my little guy is usually done in 1-1.5 hours and gets individual attention. This past week my furbaby had appt with the new groomer and it didn't go good. One she was late, 2x she cut my baby several times and failed to tell me, 3rd her cut was awful!!! I called when I got home and the lady upfront was rude but said bring her back on Friday at 10am. So, I brought Bliss there at 10am. And again... the groomer was late-- uggg I didn't want that groomer touching my dog I didn't trust her but that wasn't an option according to them. Hmmm.. it is an option I'll take my biz elsewhere
