He always looked good before. When I picked up my dog from his grooming at Barks and Bubbles, he looked like the groomer decided not to follow the notes and give him a poodle cut. The groomer then blamed it on the notes. Additionally, they didn't shorten his nails until I asked whether they had ground the nails instead of clipped them. They responded with, "oh, we didn't. They also squeezed me in today when they were fully booked because my kitty was having symptoms associated with a urinary blockage or bladder infection. My kitty is almost 15 years old and also has chronic kidney issues. The receptionist was so kind and compassionate when I called today.
