Since moving to Vancouver, we have gone to several groomers in town and my dog became more terrified at each one . Today we found our forever groomer. The price is right and she looks beautiful. Dropped them off, told them the sensitivity of Bovices feet and legs. The ladies were attentive, positive, calm and caring. Dogs can read and feel the groomers demeanor. And they were so calm. I saw one of the ladies walk my dogs outside in their gated garden area. Got the call, came back in two hours and they were so happy, jumping up and down- and made a friend!! And no problems with them says the groomer! But just as i said- Bovice is sensitive with the back legs. They got a great groom and I can tell they feel good! Please don't go to Petsmart in the Camas area for your dogs grooming. Go to this place for quality service and genuine care for your babies! You know they are in good hands. Plus always in high demand and booked, with lots of Shih tzus! Thank you so much.

He always looked good before. When I picked up my dog from his grooming at Barks and Bubbles, he looked like the groomer decided not to follow the notes and give him a poodle cut. The groomer then blamed it on the notes. Additionally, they didn't shorten his nails until I asked whether they had ground the nails instead of clipped them. They responded with, "oh, we didn't. Let's grind them now." All that and $155 bill. I'm sorry, but I probably won't return.

When we called Brenda, she was responsive and even though our grooming appointment was during the middle of our 1-day snowstorm, when I called to verify we were still on, she said absolutely! My husband and I both went to meet her since it was our first time so that we could explain what we wanted for our two springer spaniels. We were very detailed with our instructions for ear, feet and overall grooming and she listened and asked great questions. Brenda dries the dogs by hand, and doesn't "kennel dry" them, which I really like. The grooming area is located in the basement area of the building and has a nice side entrance. The space is small, but well organized and while it's not fancy, it is clean and well taken care of. Now to the best part - how did our fur children look? FANTASTIC! They smell wonderful, the cut is great and she did everything just how we wanted her to. Plus, as an added bonus, when my hubby went to pick them up, they were running around with a couple of other dogs having a good 'ole time! They also came home with super cute holiday bandanas! All that said, we are so happy to have found a fabulous groomer and definitely will be going back. Great job, Brenda!

Website 10/10 - Requires an account sign up. Totally worth it…read more Service 10/10 Location 10/10 Price 9/10 Made an appt last night easily through their online portal. I was able to add information on his breed and temperament. The form does request vet and rabies vaccination information. I did forget to go back to add it, thankfully they accepted a picture of my pups record. At the end of the appt I received a link to pups report card, available in the online account. This report card took the service to the next level. I know how my pup did and what I need to do to support the team during our next visit! Service was great. The employees were very knowledgeable about my pups breed and took care to tailor their service. Appt was for 11, pup was ready for pickup by 12! I was very pleased to see multiple employees on shift. Two were taking care of pups and one cleaning/at the desk. After being present and viewing how busy it can be, I am confident that a fully staffed shift it necessary. Shame on the man that lost his mind for a cancelled appt. I'd rather a cancelled appt, than to have my pup stressed or waiting for hours. Location had convenient parking and with two entrances. The interior was pristine and smelled great. I especially appreciated the fact that there are separate drying rooms. Our last groomer had one drying table and it always stressed my pup out. Price is on the higher end but totally worth it. I hope they pay their employees well and that 100% of the tip truly goes to the employees. I will do some digging to confirm. I will definitely be back with friends Good job team Bubbly Paws
