Teresa took it all in stride and gave my elderly, very arthritic gal a wonderful experience which was very evident by the fact she came home very happy. She'd had a previous traumatic experience elsewhere so I know what that looks like and she was happy and calm so this means the world to me! Teresa also sent me pictures during the grooming to be sure she was getting the cut how I wanted it which I really appreciated, as well as seeing my girl looking comfortable and at ease. They also did the best job on her nails I've ever seen, better than even the vets office, and even filing them. Teresa had also taken the time to reassure me about how careful they would be with my arthritic girl before I booked the appt and answered all my questions patiently. I never felt rushed or as if my concerns were annoying. The whole experience, start to finish, was a pleasure. I highly recommend Barks N Bubbles!

They also squeezed me in today when they were fully booked because my kitty was having symptoms associated with a urinary blockage or bladder infection. My kitty is almost 15 years old and also has chronic kidney issues. The receptionist was so kind and compassionate when I called today. I am so grateful that they were able to accommodate my request to get him seen today and I am now awaiting the test results. This is a busy practice. I have always been treated with respect and more importantly they treat my pets with kindness, compassion and expertise. I am lucky to have a great local veterinary practice to care for my pets.

i first took my cat here because she had really bad athsma but i thought it was smoke from fire…read moreseason or pollen. they did tests and prescribed her a steroid and the next time i went in they just sent it home with me instead of having to pay the office fee which was amazing because i was confident enough having been taking care of animals and all husbandry and health needs on my own for years. now its the only vet i suggest to anyone looking for a starter vet or a new vet. the staff are amazing, they always take super good care of my animals. i have 4 cats and 3 dogs and they all love the people there. never had any problems with them and they are very helpful and thorough. 10/10 would recommend this vet clinic. walk in appts and scheduled surgeries but they get through the line very efficiently. the building might be a little sad looking and the pain on the walls is definitely not new but the care they perform is 100% worth it.
