Flexible appointments. Easy access close to NJ turnpike exit 6, 295, route 206 and on Route 130. Dr Levine is always patient with us and our kitties and very gentle with them. We appreciate him and his staff for their care.

Had our dog spaded and could not ask for better care and treatment. Had the stitches taken out by the staff a great experience there also. DoctorJohnson and her staff rarest the top of the charts with my wife and I. For military personnel they give a discount also a great way today thanks for your service. Do not hesitate to go there.

This is my 16 yr. old rescue cat named Sheba.

I should've seen the red flags when their main concern was payment and not the cat. without going into a tremendous amount of detail when I picked my cat up very late in the day, he was not ready to be released, but because it was getting late they hurried everything along when I got the cat home he had no use of his rear legs because he had been so overly sedated. When he tried to come out of the crate, he was absolutely terrified, and the psychological impact it had on him lasted for about three weeks. I had to spoon feed him, swaddle him and constantly give him attention. They gave me no warning as to how bad he would be when he came out of the crate had I known I would've kept him in the crate and kept him calm. But in their haste to get us out of there, I guess they did not do their job correctly. When I told them this, they blamed me because I took the cat and even said I was petting him while he was in the crate. Of course I was petting him in the crate. It wasn't until he tried to get out of the crate that I realized how bad he was. The nurses had put him in the crate so they knew, but did not tell me. They've accepted no responsibility , the surgeon has not called me. All they have tried to do is point the blame in my direction as if I was overreacting. These people should go into a different business dealing with fast food or something that they're more qualified to deal with because their ability to handle clients and patients is absolutely reprehensible. I will never go back there I will never recommend anybody goes there and I would be the first to cheer if I saw them be shut down horrible horrible people. Apologize for the typos I voice feature as I am a senior citizen with arthritis. by the way, I take care of a colony of stray cats I've had two other cats the same exact procedure. were much smaller however they didn't have any of the side effects that I referred to above these cats were not treated by Mansfield they were treated by another veterinarian obviously going to Mansfield was a-massive mistake, but I guess we learn from our mistakes. I'm hoping that this review prevents someone from making the same mistake I . If you go for a rabies shot I guess they're OK but do not trust them for any big things not to mention they're about $600 over the estimated price.

That's where the problem began because they had no proof of ownership. Of course they didn't because I have proof of ownership. Nevertheless, this place accepted his body and was getting ready to have him cremated until they couldn't. When I went to pick my dog up, he was in a bag with a tag on it that had the last name of the person that had brought him in. They had to turn him over to me because I had proof of ownership. But, I only knew he was there because of Police involvement. If the police had not notified me where he was, whoever they know on the inside at this hospital would've ended up having my dog cremated and I would not have known where he is. They really need to have a strong talk with their personnel.

There have been some weird things here and there but no vet is perfect. Administratively, this office is a mess. They never do what they say they'll do the first time. I always have to call and follow up on my requests, and call them for things like receiving blood test results that I spent hundreds on. Recently I needed my cat's prescription for food refilled as we've figured out it's the only food he can digest well. Chewy called me to say my vet was asking for me to get the prescription from them and they wouldn't just send it over to Chewy like they had in the past, even with my cat's visits totally up-to-date and having spent $2,000 on him in the last few months here. Then after I called 2 days in a row, Jennifer at Pet's Best Friend told me their new policy is pet owners need to physically pick up the prescription (they would not email it to me) and said I have to mail it to Chewy. That is absolutely not a thing and I don't appreciate being lied to. I picked up the prescription and can easily upload a digital version to Chewy. Doesn't seem worth it to lose a customer who spends so much at your practice. Please work on the little things; there's no excuse to be so bad at them.

Didn't like that. 1/2 later the doctor spoke to us about his condition. I don't feel like he explained everything to us well. That there are meds the cat could have taken. He had no personality and didn't have an optimistic demeanor. Everything was presented like it wasn't worth the trouble. We asked questions but he didn't offer positive solutions. He made it sound like if you do this you will need to keep the cat here for three days, see a cardiologist, then he'd be on three meds a day. The groups I belong to are wondering "why we didn't fight harder" and my only answer is the vet gave up on us and on the cat. There was no: "here's what we can do, let's try this!" The demeanor was he's doomed, don't waste your time. We did the best we could to feel confidence in him, but we don't think he was the right person to handle our cat. Maybe someone that was more proactive, motivated and didn't leave such a feeling of doubt in us as we walked away empty handed would have been a better experience. Also compounding this with a $1,200 invoice as we walked away without our beloved baby. All of it a terrible experience. The only saving grace was the young lady who handled the paperwork. I wonder what other pet owners think of that doctor.

For 16 years Bella was fairly healthy and usually only went for yearly exams and occasional allergies. Bella started getting small growths on her small body. A couple had mushroomed in a bed location and would bust open and bleed. Recently during her wellness one of these were on her hind leg and affecting her walking. One week ago we put her in doctor patrols care for removal alongng with one more small growth on her side. What we got back was an aging dog that had been butchered with a total of 12 cuts and sutures on a small body. Just naproxen for pain and antibiotics. Well the 10 on her back started to pull from the stitches. He took her back and restitched her under a local. Two days later again this time preformed a medical scrub ( so painful that she could barely move) again under local anesthesia. That was not even a week. By that night Bella was having breathing difficulties and was in excruciating pain. We took her to blue pearl emergency ( amazing, caring facility). Within 24 hours we had to put Bella down Dr. Patel preformed unnecessary, unauthorized additional surgery that made Bella's last days agony. DI NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO THIS BUTCHER!

I have 6 kitties who eat quality kibble, get snacks, and catnip, and tons of love. My 8 and 3 year old boys are both neutered already, but I needed to get the 4 youngest done, and even though I'm low income, I believe if you're going to own pets, don't add to the already overpopulation of unwanted animals. I researched and found that Bryan Animal Hospital will fix your animal for $10 if you are low income and the state reimburses them the cost of the surgery (I think it's like 80%). In the past month, I took my baby Nero in first to be neutered to stop him spraying, and now he's no longer marking me! Thank you, Bryan Animal Hospital, for that! I only had to pay the neuter fee and the cost of medication for him to go home with, and his first series of kitty shots was free. You do have to get their rabies done or pay for it there, but there are free rabies clinics throughout Burlington County, which is what I did for my cats. The vet tech told me about the rabies clinics, which was awesome! I then took ZaZa in, and then Darla. They do offer extra services at the time of the spay and neuter, but they didn't make a big deal about me not wanting to add them on. When I took my last kitten in, they said she had an upper respiratory cold and needed antibiotics, which cost me $50, and I had to bring her back in 2 weeks later, which was today. I looked it up, because she wasn't coughing and didn't have any congestion or anything, and everything said that cats don't typically need antibiotics for that type of thing and it clears on its own. I took her in today, and they said she was fine for surgery, and I never even gave her the antibiotics, so I do feel like they prescribed her the medication without her really needing it. I don't like to give my kids any more medication than I have to, and I'm the same with my fur babies. I have to get them all their 2nd booster kitty shots but at the office they are $45 each so I believe I'm going to do that at a vaccine clinic for $15 each, just because there's so many cats, and I am on a fixed income. The techs and the vet are very sweet there and friendly. They will really make you feel like they care about your baby and help you feel confident about leaving them in their care. Thank you for helping me keep my little fur monsters healthy, Bryan Animal Hospital! I truly do appreciate all that you've done for me and my family.

I got a quote over the phone for my 3lb puppy to get bath, brushed, nails clipped and haircut. The quote was $60 and when I picked up the puppy I was charged $100.00 and they didn't clip his nails or cut his hair everywhere, just his face! They kept telling me to take the dog to the ER and gave the impression he was going to die. When he pulled through after I was up all night syringe feeding him for 8 days, when I brought him back, they lectured me about not giving him a balanced diet! WTF the puppy ate nothing in his own. I was syringe feeding him the food they gave me to keep him alive. He finally ate eggs and they're like that's not a complete diet.
