This non-profit, health & wellness ranch is just awesome! and to be right here in Ellis County is amazing. Melode has lots of activities and events to heal the human body, mind, & spirit on this beautiful 15 acre ranch. My daughter has enjoyed going to Kamp Kindness for the last two summers. Keep up the good work ranch hands :) read more

We have been coming to Paws for Reflection Ranch for therapeutic riding lessons since about 2013, and we can't say enough good things about the ranch. The riding instructors have always taken great care with my daughter and our family. Since my daughter is severely autistic and mostly non-verbal we have a lot of different needs, but they've worked hard to accommodate her and to help her gain more confidence and strength. I love seeing her riding the horses and trying to use words to give the horses directions. We've also enjoyed the special activities out on the ranch and the variety of animals they keep. Where else in town can you be greeted by a donkey and escorted into the barn by a pig? In addition, I feel like the people at Paws take care of me. Being the mom of a child with special needs comes with a special kind of stress, and for me, getting to talk to the horses and even help groom them is often just what I need. They've made us feel like family, and for that we are truly grateful. read more

Claim to have respect for all life but it just isn't so. Mr. Seremet threatened to tie a horse to the front gate of the property and leave him there. My experience is that they like whatever benefits Mrs. Seremet who has outright admitted she tends to use people up. Mr and Mrs. Seremet claim to not have money to pay people that work on the ranch yet have spent THOUSANDS on non necessity items such as huge patois complete with large TV screens ceramic tile, critter cabins and other luxury items all while claiming non profit status for animal welfare and an ag exemption. Mrs. Seremet believes that she can carry on conversations with animals via telepathy which qualifies her as NUTS by most peoples standards. read more
