Before I get to the visits, I felt the staff were very friendly and enjoyable to talk to. They explained what they were going to do, talked about upcoming appointments that should be done, and made the experience coming in easy. The first visit I honestly cannot remember why we came in other than we had a coupon for here. There were a couple shots due so I said do them so the dog can be up to date too. The girlfriend was not happy with the bill, little expensive to her liking. The second visit was for a nail trim. This is something we did ourselves for a while but it was time for a professional clipping. This time around I didn't even need to get out of the car. May have been miscommunication but they came out, took our pup and brought her back with nicely clipped nails. Again, the girlfriend wasn't pleased with the cost of the trim, especially since she can get her nails done as same or even less of a cost. I know pets can be expensive, I have a Russian Tortoise and do my best to keep it healthy. I don't know what the cost of services should be but for what it's worth the service provided seemed reasonable to me. I then had to look up on my own the requirements for physicals, and Google told me more than the receptionist did As far as medical necessity. Which is a shameful on their part since they're supposed to be the "professionals". When a customer is asking why a physical is required, there should be medical necessity attached to the rationale. Not just their policy. I then looked it up and after finding the medical necessity from Google, then tried to rebook the appointment, within 20 minutes of me, trying to rebook that appointment that they said they were two weeks out and this is a small facility. When I questioned it and called Them out that they are now two weeks out within 20 minutes and for being a small facility it's a little hard to believe, The previous vet veterinarian we are coming from is triple the size of them, there is no way they would book up within minutes. The Receptionist then talked junk to the other receptionist sitting next to them while I can hear them on the phone. I then called that behavior out then they hung up on me and said I was the rude one. i called them out on that behavior again by calling back and they hung up on me again. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. And this is what we get from "professional professionals ". The receptionists names were Theresa and Melissa. Yes: I was upset because I was not given proper information for which I was asking for. And highly doubt that they would full up two weeks within 20 minutes. Maybe I am wrong but this is how we treat our customers and clients??? By hanging up on them??? I have been in the customer service field for over 30 years and in the medical field for over 15. Brought our cat here with what we thought was a minor digestion issue. Since we were surprised, and since the cat didn't seem to be in any pain, we said we needed a day or two to consider what we were going to do. The vet had us sign something saying we refused treatment since she, again very coldly, said that the cat was likely to die at home. After a few days of baby food, Miralax, and care at home, the cat is completely back to normal and doing great. Had the vet actually had a kinder, more caring demeanor, we may have made the mistake of listening to her advice. Thankfully it was clear from our interaction that she has no business being in this profession and we ignored her and left. Advise you to seek care literally anywhere else.

His staff is so poorly managed that when we showed up for our scheduled appointment to euthanize our dog they told us their medicine shipment hadn't arrived and we'd have to go somewhere else. That would have been helpful to know when we made the appt the day prior. During a pandemic, find a new vet, pay them for an office visit just to euthanize. The stress this man and his careless staff has put my family & kids through today is simply uncalled for. He should just close down since he's only there 2-3 days a week anyway.
