Each time I go to pick him up, Ashley goes out of her way to tell me how Ollie did and who he played with, and I love hearing stories about his silliness (of course, what dog mom wouldn't?). Their rates are incredibly reasonable, plus the military discount is a sweet deal. I never have to worry when he's there and I know that they take good care of him. I've left him overnight a handful of times now and he's always come back happy and tired. The staff treated him like family, and that peace of mind meant a great deal to me. Throughout his life, Tango received his vaccinations, routine care, and medical treatment at the hospital. The doctors, technicians, and staff were always professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. They never made us feel rushed and always took the time to answer questions and explain treatment options. A few weeks ago, we faced the heartbreaking reality of saying goodbye to Tango. The team at Godley Station helped guide us through one of the most painful experiences a pet owner can endure with compassion, dignity, and kindness. Their support during that difficult time meant more to our family than words can adequately express. She texted me updates during their walks and was always able to accommodate my ever changing schedule. In addition to walks, she also taught Pancake some basic obedience during their visits. One day, right after I adopted my pup, she snuck into a care package I'd put together for my deployed friends (read, boatloads of chocolate) while I was at work. Luckily, Erica dropped by for their daily walk and she immediately contacted me and even took her to the nearby vet to have her stomach evacuated before taking her home. I worked 45min away and Erica did not even hesitate to offer to take her to the vet. I used Blissful Buddha for a few weeks before I found Erica and while I thought they were professional and courteous, I felt it was a bit more of a corporate vibe and they rarely sent the same walker twice. With Erica, she will treat your pup like her own and you as a friend. She also was willing to speak with my new landlord about my dog to allay their concerns about having an "aggressive" dog in their rental and thankfully, they were willing to take her word. There are multiple areas for the dogs to run around and play. Jackie (the owner) is great! She really gets to know the dog's individual personality, which has been really hard to find. We boarded our dog, Bella, for 6 days. When we picked her up, I could tell that Jackie took the time to bond with Bella. As we left, Bella cried. Jackie knows each dog so well, she knows what activities suit them the best, whether they need to be inside or out, and if they should play with other dogs or just hang out with her inside. I know when I board our dog, I worry that Bella won't feel loved or cared about, but I absolutely do not have that worry with Jackie. When Bella came home, she smelled great and she was so exhausted! I know she had a great time! I normally don't write reviews but I know how frustrating and time consuming finding a great boarding facility is. This will be the only place I go from now on!!!!

When I picked them up they both had massive skin infections and double eye infections. See photos. They were acting weird when when I picked them up and when I took them to the dog wash (because they failed to bathe them like I requested) I noticed the trauma. They were not acting right. They would not eat or play for almost a week afterwards. Boarding is stressful enough on dogs but they definitely experienced some trauma. Bottom line if you are looking for a safe place to ensure the well being of your dog when you are gone this is not the place. Price for two dogs for 2 weeks $600 and an additional $400+ to have your dogs treated by a vet after. Side note: they insist you pay for all your boarding fees before you even drop them off! They get all there money up front! As others have said Kim is very rude and condescending.
