I found this company through Yelp projects, and I was immediately contacted and was provided information on pricing, availability and to essentially set an appointment . Gabriella was the nice young lady that arrived at my complex on time and sent me a few text keeping updated on her ETA prior to arriving. I gave her a bit of information on how I would like my little pup to look and what I was looking for in terms of style. If you have a Yorkie, you know their hair grows super fast! I did ask for her to cut him down as low as possible, keeping his face on the rounded side, she did exactly just that. During the appointment, she texted me a photo of a little scab that was on mu pups ear, to make me aware that was already there and not caused by her. I appreciate it that she took the time to do that, and I had already known about the scab. The appointmentby took about an hour and 15 minutes and when she was done, she alerted me via text. Payment was very simple, as they do accept Zelle. I was very pleased with the outcome, and judging from the look and the action of my pup, I knew he felt comfortable with Gabriella. I'll definitely be contacting them again for future appointment., 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend Dookie's pet grooming.

Ernesto agreed to come down on the weekend, which is totally understandable because Miami traffic is horrendous. He showed up exactly on time as promised. He was super nice and my dogs loved him. He groomed them wonderfully and they smell like a million bucks. I couldn't be happier that Ernesto agreed to groom my babies. He provided such exquisite care and genuine love for them. Highly recommend and definitely will be using him to groom my fur babies

They wanted to charge me more because they said my dog weighs over 100 pounds. however, my dog does…read morenot weigh 100 pounds he weighs 75 pounds the reason I know this is because I took him to the vet two weeks ago. My dog did not gain 25 pounds in two weeks. I told the guy in the front to weigh him so the guy goes and brings out a regular scale that someone would have at their house not a dog scale the guy stood on the scale grabs my dog and lifts him and proceeds to tell me I weighed this much so your dog is the difference in my weight. I paid the price he told me and even tipped because the ladies in the back work hard and have nothing to do with this. Get competent people to work in the front and a dog scale so something like this doesn't happen again.
