We were very happy with Paws-a-Bella!! We went out of town and was able to leave our dog in our own home where she is comfortable. Kelly at Paws-a-Bella Pets stopped by our house several times a day to feed and play with the dog and is very knowledgeable in pet medications and kept our dog healthy and happy while we were gone. Thank you Paws-a-Bella Pets for taking such good care of our dog!! read more

Then this last groom they skinned the inside of Teddy Bears left rear leg below the skin. I've been a customer for about 3 years with them, the same groomer who is an Instructor there. They never informed me they injured my dogs. Nor did they seek to make amends when I reported Shadows injuries. I have pictures of both injuries.

I wasn't able to do it the first couple of days so she boarded her dog with PetSuites. I picked up Jax mid afternoon. The place was immaculate. The floor has been recently mopped. I could see all the pups in the windowed play area. They had toys, a playground, lookout spots and two people supervising. Jax was brought to me quickly after proving my identity. My niece had let them know I would be picking up Jax. They had a credit card on file so nothing for me to do. Pickup was super simple. They were washing his bed and blanket so I had to stop back in to pick those items up. Jax was happy and seemed to be comfortable with his stay. I'll be dropping him off there in a few days so we'll see how the drop process goes. I'm guessing quite smoothly.
