I was laid up for several weeks last winter and couldn't walk my dog. My neighbor recommended Hillary and her team to help through my recovery. I have been using them ever since, and between Hillary, Carly, Robin and Alden they have taken such good care of my dog I continue to use them daily. I also run a small business and know the challenges, they have never disappointed. This is a really well run business, but it's more than that. They really love animals, and they truly care. I love getting the texts and photos from the visits, moreover I know I don't have to rush home if my day runs late because she's been walked and loved! It's tremendous peace of mind. No one, that's who. I would never put my dog in harm's way, allowing him to be left in such shoddy,, unreliable, horrible care with two immature people like these two women again. And to then claim after they didn't show up for the first two days that they cleaned up his mess "at no extra cost to us" is absolutely unforgivable. And then to have STOLEN JEWELRY from me?! They were unprepared to move my washing machine and dryer, scratched dryer in 3 places and dented on front bottom, washer shakes uncontrollably after hooked up, and not a leveling problem, also water seal inside door twisted like crazy. It gives me no pleasure to write this, but unfortunately this is a horrible company run by…read morehorrible, greedy people. We took our dog here for training, doggy daycare two days a week and boarding when we were out of town. It cost us thousands of dollars. Our pup successfully learned to sit and stay and lay down and all the other things you expect a dog to know. He will do pretty much anything for a treat. Everything was fine for several months. The feedback we received about our admittedly rambunctious dog was routinely positive. They regularly sent pictures and videos of him playing and having fun. Then some of the good, experienced staff left. In hindsight this should have been a big red flag for us. Apparently, most of the new and remaining staff doesn't know how to deal with animals. Suddenly, our dog, which they trained, was not well behaved enough for them. A few days later they called to say he is no longer welcome here. No conversation. No discussion of more training, if that was their actual concern. Nothing constructive to offer at all. They didn't even have the balls to do it in person. Don't waste your time! All they want is your money. They don't give a damn about your pets!

I had training and she now goes th their enrichment center for more specialized needs and training . My Bella loves going 4 days week .
