They've done a great job with quick turn around. However, some stones went missing in my rings (which I know it's prone to because of the setting, and small stones) so I decided to bring them to Satori. It's been a couple of times because I wanted to give it a go .. but each time of fixing my stones, they've fallen out quickly or were wiggly. It's disappointing.
