Okay for electronics and other things. Staff is pretty friendly. I just wouldn't recommend bringing anything high dollar or designer here as they don't seem to have much knowledge on these items. Once my fiancé bought a diamond ring to pawn and they immediately tried to say it was fake from looking at it but upon testing the ring it was very real. I recently tried to bring a designer purse in to pawn and they just didn't even know how to check if it was real. I was able to go to Value Pawn and they had MUCH more knowledge on designer things and I was easily able to pawn my designer bag that Pawn Max couldn't even verify whether it was real or not. I recommend Florida Gold & Loan about 5 minutes away to pawn your jewelry. But here is good for tools, electronics, bikes, and other more simple items. read more

I stopped in here for the first time today Because I saw a lawnmower that I was Interested in as I drove bye. I believe the sales guys name was Anthony and he gave me a great deal on a lawnmower that had a couple issues but he was upfront about the issues and also gave me great ideas how to fix it. I took it home did a little bit of troubleshooting and 30 minutes later it works like brand new. I got a $700 electric motor lawn mower for just under $200. I just appreciate the customer service I received and how upfront they were about the product I was looking at. I will definitely stop back in the future because when I was browsing the store they have a ton of great stuff with great prices. read more

I've shopped here many times and found great deals. I used to go out of my way to come here. Today I went in with my wife and two friends that I brought here specifically to look for a Nintendo Switch. After browsing for 20 minutes my wife asked to use the restroom and was rudely told no. When she told me this I was shocked and went to inquire why she was denied. "Because people's pawns are back there, go to Walmart" I was told smugly. I said I understand and it would be fine if someone walked back with her. Flat smug refusal. The guy, Chris, was a total jerk about it. I'll never shop here again. You need to have a restroom for your customers and not be a complete douchebag. read more

After going to this pawn shop multiple times over the last two years this evening I was treated in a manner in which is unforgivable horribly unprofessional I pawn my PlayStation VR headset there multiple times and asked for $110 always came back before the maturity date and got it out. Everybody is dealing with hard times right now after the holidays enduring this pandemic and to be treated like trash threatened and intimidated over asking for $120 which is a $10 difference on something that I'm pawning and planning on picking up is outrageous I will be back up to the business to speak with whoever the main manager is or I'll spend my weekends picketing in front of your location read more

Friendly, helpful staff always there to assist. The shop is right on main between Keene and belcher. Real convenient to the house. So I stop in when I'm in town. An every time I stop in I find unbelievable items at great prices. Recently I stopped in to look at tools and they had my dream bike. The price was right and I could not say no.
