He accepts and brings it over to check that it works and goes to ring it up. He then has to get his manager to override the agreed price of $35. She rudely starts yelling at him and refused to override the price down from $40. He then lies and says that he never agreed to the $35 price that he is asking for an override approval for on his register. She refuses to honor the $5 discount that was agreed upon and instead and continues to argue with me and the sales guy. Needless to say we walked out and will never return. This store needs some serious management and training.

I was able to go to Value Pawn and they had MUCH more knowledge on designer things and I was easily able to pawn my designer bag that Pawn Max couldn't even verify whether it was real or not. I recommend Florida Gold & Loan about 5 minutes away to pawn your jewelry. But here is good for tools, electronics, bikes, and other more simple items.

I believe the sales guys name was Anthony and he gave me a great deal on a lawnmower that had a couple issues but he was upfront about the issues and also gave me great ideas how to fix it. I took it home did a little bit of troubleshooting and 30 minutes later it works like brand new. I got a $700 electric motor lawn mower for just under $200. I just appreciate the customer service I received and how upfront they were about the product I was looking at. I will definitely stop back in the future because when I was browsing the store they have a ton of great stuff with great prices.
