They have a huge selection of Pokémon products, including sets that are almost impossible to find in stores these days. They're also really fair when buying Pokémon cards. My son recently sold part of his collection there and he was very happy with the offer he received. Zach is really great to deal with very honest and he knows his stuff. I don't just come to Arnold's for Pokémon. I've sold scrap gold there before too. I like that they show the live scrap gold price in their website so you know what to expect. They're one of the best family-owned jewelers I've been to. I also want to give a special thank you to Zach for the kindness and patience he showed my autistic daughter when she came in to sell/buy Pokémon cards. He made her feel comfortable and welcome, and that meant so much to us. If you're looking for a good jeweler or a great place for Pokémon, Arnold's is the place to go!

There are many other local businesses run by honest people - these are NOT them!!! If you are looking for an honest family run local business to patronize - STAY FAR AWAY from these crooks!! They just reneged on verbal loan agreement and basically stole jewelry from my family in the middle of this worldwide pandemic. They will smile to your face and then stab you in the back as soon as they see an opportunity. There is plenty of money to be made in this world by being honest - no need to be so disgustingly greedy!! Stay away from these bottom feeding predatory lenders!! If they were seriously in the business of "lending" - then they would honor their verbal agreement and accept all of the interest that is past due - and maybe even add a late fee - but they would not be so eager to take over the customers possessions unless that was their true goal from the start - disgusting!!! In our case, they had already been paid all or more than the original principle loan amount - so stealing our jewelry and selling it will be all profit for this family! If you are considering buying new jewelry - be advised of the type of people that you are dealing with and if you are buying used jewelry also know that they have likely acquired it by ripping off a client that came to them for a loan. Could not imagine buying anything with that much BAD KARMA attached to it.

This is the worst estate sale company ever. Below find my letter relating my experience today at…read moreone of their sales. I am writing to express how disappointed I am in your performance as an estate sale company. On Thursday morning my wife and I checked the estate sale notice for 3216 Seaway Dr., New Port Richey and there was no mention of the sale being cancelled for the day due to the tropical depression, only after making the drive to the location did I find a small hand written note on the door that the sale had been called off. I decided this was because of the impending storm but still felt that notice should have been given. I am not a estate sale professional and only attend a few a year but I do know how business should be conducted. Today once again I drove to the location of your sale arriving 10 minutes early. The weather was rainy and a group of 10 to 15 persons waited outside the door until 10 am when the sale was to start. NO ONE from you company was there. A rude guy from the real estate company shoved his way through the crowed opened the door and said no one could come in until the estate sale people arrived. A young woman arrived 15 minutes late went in and did not open the doors, then two young men arrived and went in, not opening the doors. You could hear yelling inside and finally 10 minutes later the doors were open. Not that all this wasn't bad enough, but once inside a lot of the objects that were in the photos for the sale were not present and hardly any of the items had prices marked on them. I will never again attend one of your estate sales simply to get to see over priced and not priced items that have been picked over before the day of the sale. I just thought you would like to know. As we left we exchanged our thoughts with others who had waited in the rain with us and we all felt your company event was a waste of time.
