At no time during the purchase or her accepting payment did she advise that the store policy was no refund, only in store credit. Nor was there any signage to that effect. If I had been aware of this policy there is no way that I would have made that purchase. My wife returned these earrings for different ones. They told her that their buyer would have some new ones in, in about two months. It was at this time that she found out about the store policy of no refunds. After 2 months they were still waiting. My wife then asked for a refund since they could not produce any new earrings nor did she find anything in the store that she wanted. She went back 3 times. Each time they refused stating the store policy.They now not only have the earrings but are refusing to return our $500.00+ dollars that they have been using for the last year. I have called several times for the owner only to be told that she wasn't in the store. I have done business at this store for at least 60+ yrs. Mr & Mrs Johnson must be rolling in their graves knowing their customers are being treated in this manner. This is a policy that you would expect from a low end store or one going out of business. Not a store that has the reputation that Mr & Mrs Johnson worked so hard for so many years to build. If the store will settle this matter with a cash refund all will o.k. I will up date this review to note that. If not the next step, must regretably, be court. At this point we will NEVER return to this store. Nor will I ever again recommend it. Just the opposite.

The coordinator who is Black saw some pieces hanging from across the street. She says let's go look and immediately knew what she wanted for the show. We're looking around and I was approached and greeted by a blond with straight hair who works there and my other two friends who are white were approached and greeted by the same person. The coordinator who is Black and the one spending the money was met with pure racist shade. That same customer service person looked at her didn't speak didn't greet walked right past her to ask us if we needed any help. We said no. The coordinator who is now looking for help tried to get that lady's attention but she quickly looked the other way to greet and welcome the same white people she already greeted, me being one of them.
