The dogs weren't eating. The staff called concerned. This I appreciated. They offered pumpkin and it worked. What I don't appreciate is the limited pickup hours on Sunday from 4-6 pm. When I requested a morning pickup, I was told there's a $100 fee for that. Okay ... but why charge me $55 per dog for the day when they weren't there? Moreover, why charge for the extra playtime fee? I was told the staff arrived at 5 am to ensure the pups had two hours of playtime before I arrived. In the rain??? I was told they have a covered play area. Yet my pups were wet!! ‍ Pups seemed to have gotten good care but the fees are excessive and unfair. Either charge for early pickup and not the full day of boarding or offer more flexibility for pick up time and charge for boarding. Double-dipping, greedy.
