Naturally, I wanted to make sure she was in good hands, but Carly exceeded my expectations! Despite my dog being wary of strangers, she took to Carly immediately, which speaks volumes. Carly was so patient with her, and I couldn't be happier with how well she handled her nerves. It means so much to find someone who makes your dog feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Carly! The fact that this is a woman and veteran owned business makes me even happier to support it.

I was charged the wrong amount for my grooming based on last month's grooming and i changed it up prior to leaving the salon. Upon approaching the owner via text, I was informed it was all my fault, Not a happy camper, and if you think I'm at fault feel free to post here., I told the owner I loved the groomer, but. Nothing. A big good-bye. I told her no matter what device you put on the table... YOU NEVER LEAVE A DOG UNATTENDED ON A GROOMING TABLE, PERIOD. How bout if that was your dog? Happy, right? Does your dog do unexpected things?? I rest my case. Mine sure did.

She was a bit nervous at first, but the groomer was very patient and friendly to get her to warm up to him. The full service bath includes a double bath with shampoo, deshedding, and conditioner, nail trim, and ear clean. It's great to get everything done and clean all at once. They had my dog for about 2 hours, which they conveniently texted me 30mins prior to her being ready so I could pick her up on time. She looks great, her fur super fluffy, and smells amazing! The groomer said she did a great job and only got spooked a bit by the nail dremel, but they gave her food before and after to help her be comfortable. I'm very happy with how everything turned out and the least amount of stress on my dog. Highly Recommend!

This PetSmart is a chain retail store that sells products for cats, dogs, fish, birds, reptiles,…read moreand other pets. Products include foods, medications, accessories, pet furniture, etcetera. I shopped in this store to purchase products for my cat, but I also walked through the entire store to evaluate their products for other animals. The shelves appeared to be fully stocked with products. Some of my cat's favorite flavors of wet food were in stock, and their prices were typical. Her dry food was also in stock but was priced higher than Chewy. Black Friday deals were being held, such as BOGO 50% off of cat litters. The fish tanks looked clean. Furthermore, this PetSmart offers services such as adoptions, a veterinarian, dog-training, and dog and cat grooming. I did not use these services, but I did look into them. The adoption center contained mostly empty cages, and I saw only one scared cat sleeping in its litter box. I hope that this cat gets adopted soon into a loving home.

Karen asked a lot of questions about what I wanted for each dog's haircut, which was really nice. The price was not that different from taking a pet to a salon, even though she came to us. Very cordial when showing up. Respectful with our dog before bringing her to van. Says the appointment would take about 2 hours based on our dog's shaking and fear levels and it did take that long, so she knew her stuff. Most importantly, she delivered our dog with fur that was soooo soft, smelling terrific, and she looked normal. *No eyelashes were cut off. During my most recent visit, I saw a wide variety of products for dogs, cats, birds, fishes, reptiles, and other small pets. I was shopping for my three cats, and I felt happy that this store offered several flavors of Fancy Feast, which my cats love. At the checkout counter, the employee promptly and accurately rang up my purchase. I deducted one star from my review because this store's prices were higher than some competing stores' prices. According to this store's website, they participate in a recycling program that accepts "all flexible plastic pet food & treat bags, from ALL brands, across ALL species, purchased from ANY retailer." What a wonderful program!
