I am so happy with PawClaw! Aimee and Lindsay took such good care of my dog Roxy while we were out of town. I have never used a pet sitter before, so I was nervous about having someone in my home and taking care of my dog. Being able to have Roxy in her own home was such a nice option. Only 6 reviews?! Are you kidding me? Went away for the holidays and used her in-house cat-sitting; it was the first time ever I've left my 16 y.o. cat with a stranger. Aimee was 100% professional and so caring. The "application" of sorts really got into details, and it's the details that matter in quality care. She goes the extra mile, trying to play with unfriendly cats (like mine) and even takes pic's to text you (so sweet). My cat always hides, yet she had a pic of him taking a treat from her hand-Are you kidding me?!! Incredible. She left a personal note about anything that transpired (e.g., he threw up once). More than anything my cat pees in the house when mad or upset. He was good the entire time. No pee-YEA. Kudos to her kind, experienced, and warm approach. read more

A great bunch of ladies here to take care of your pets. I got Moppet in July of 2009 and looked all over the internet and found Paw Claw. We met after Moppet had finished her first set of puppy classes at Sirius and had an initial interview. Leslie and Amy are friendly, very down to earth, and very thoughtful. Moppet has been getting walks twice a week ever since and she loves them and they love her :) Moppet also gets to go on group adventures and slumber parties sometimes with Leslie, Amy, and Bella. read more

Aimee has taken care of our dog Brodie for the past year with her "adventure" packages. We both work so having her to help out with Brodie during long work days makes us all happier. Brodie loves to go out with Aimee to the dog park or the river. He is always content after a visit with her. Often times she will leave us a note so we know what they did that day. read more

It's no small thing to entrust strangers with a member of your family and the key to your home... and, yet, within short order of meeting Leslie and Aimee, I knew that was exactly what to do. Of course, the decision was essentially made when they asked if they could bring one of their dogs to the initial interview with our dog -- and the two instantly became fast friends! Really, really wonderful people: not just dog lovers (of which there are many) but reliable and trustworthy dog guardians (which are fewer and farther between). Aimee is fantastic. She has taken my dog Yogi on day adventures for the past year. Yogi loved his adventures to the river or his walks around town. She would start each adventure with a bike ride then load him in the care head off to the river, dog park, or another neighborhood. If I wasn't home when they returned she would leave me a note about what they did. read more

We are very thankful that we met Aimee and PawClaw! We recently relocated to Sacramento and needed a reliable pet sitter for our frequent travels. We have 3 small dogs and 1 cat, all of them have a hard time liking new people. They loved Aimee from day #1! She is hands on and very good with animals, you can tell its her passion. She is reachable by email/text which works well for us. Aimee has watched our pets since February of this year, and we have no complaints. She even has come once a week during the month of April to walk the dogs and get to know them even better. It was important for us for our dogs to have a good relationship with their new friend. This is really a huge accomplishment for our dogs, they previously would not let strangers get anywhere near them....now Aimee can come over and give them treats, put their harnesses on, and walk them outside.
