We have used aces multiple times and they are absolutely amazing with our dogs. They always come back happy tired and well looked after. Excellent location especially for winter boarding due to there large gym to let the animals play. I recently signed up my 6 month old golden retriever to Ace's day care service and man does she love it!!! I first saw this service through friends' social media, and I was intrigued- After the tour of the facility, I was sold! The suites are clean and spacious!! Perfect for any breed. Bringing my dog home today, she was reasonably clean and SO very exhausted from playing. Our dog is hooked already! So far so great! although we are new, we feel so welcomed into the Ace's k9 Care family. I would recommend this service to anyone, already. read more

Be cautious if you're pups shy or a first-timer at a daycare. He had a tour before his daycare and seemed to be ok with it, place looked legit and (facebook) reviews were great . Looked excited when we arrived but they wouldn't let me go in with him (too busy they said but the same lady who brought him in let me wait at the reception area as I had some questions-seems sketchy that they wouldn't let me guide my pup inside and answer my questions at the same time to save time since they were busy). They knew it's his first time and that he gets anxious by bigger/older dogs. I left him there for 2hrs. When I picked him up they said he was barking/snapping at other dogs (never seen him do that at the dog park), so they moved him to the bigger dogs where he cowered in fear :( They could've called me to pick him up, gradually introduced him or let me guide him in, since i was just at the reception waiting for the same lady who brought him in for some Q&A. Or they could've given him some TLC or placed him in a more appropriate environment as per their website, not just let him be scared. If she noticed my pup was stressed she could've told me then. Same thing with dogboarding - I asked of I could set him up on his first day and they were "it depends of we're busy or not". read more

I've used, and tried using this kennel a few times. Each time it's a disappointment! Today we had booked our dog in so we could go away for a few days. Should have known something would go wrong. Called all morning and then arrived at 10:15 to drop off. Nobody there and no answer. Hours are 8-5 with 11-2 closed. Well done. Save your time and don't try supporting this business.
