When we attempted to reach out to this kennel via Facebook messenger to inquire about boarding we received no response. The message we sent showed it had been read the same day it was sent. After a few weeks we decided to post a one star review on google as it felt like we were being ignored. After posting a negative review my wife received a rude, passive aggressive message about how they were busy and had forgotten to respond and then blamed her for not doing more to get a hold of them. They told her how "bewildered" and "shocked" they were that she dare leave a negative review because of it. Then ended their rude message with a thumbs up emoji, and then sending an 8 second voice clip of someone just breathing. She states these were sent by mistake, but if so why did she not say that after it was sent. She was also given time to respond to our follow up message before she was blocked but never bothered to look at it. If the owner had been professional and responded simply by apologizing and stating they had forgotten to respond we would have understood that people make mistakes and we would have removed our negative review. Responding with a back-handed apology and being passive aggressive is very unprofessional. If this business doesn't want people to contact them via Facebook messenger they should state that or not have it as an option. We would never leave our animals with someone who treats their potential customers so poorly. Definitely do not recommend.
This business has now posted a retaliatory post on their Facebook page and have posted her full last name (which she does not have posted), as well as mine (I don't even use Facebook) in what appears to be an attempt to incite bullying, all because of 2 negative reviews (one here and one on google). Just wow! They have the opportunity to respond to the review on the same forum it was made, and they have, but I think posting a persons private information on Facebook because you are upset about a review is totally uncalled for and very unprofessional. I think it shows exactly the kind of person she is. Beware if dealing with this company, and especially if you want to voice your right to post a negative review, they don't handle it well. read more
