They easily accommodated our request for date/time. When we entered the facility, we found it to be clean and welcoming. We were immediately greeted, we were asked what services we would like done. We were told to pick up our pups, 4.5 hours later! When we returned we found our dogs to be nicely clipped and bathed, exactly as we had requested. After all these years traveling, we finally found a groomer who does an awesome job and totally follows your requests! I would return here in a heartbeat if I lived in this area. If your on the fence for a new groomer, she would definitely be my choice!!

For the first appointment they phoned and cancelled it on the second appointment they cancelled it but they did not phone me I drove all the way in from Quesnel :( All they had to say was it's not our fault the system went down they did not offer to rebook or give a discount for the next appointment or anything. I currently do all my shopping for my pets at that store as of today I will no longer shop there. The people who work there did not care one bit for the inconvenience and they were rude and unprofessional. My friend tells me I dodged a bullet because their grooming service is really bad I should have listen to her in the first place! Do not use these groomers if you care about your pets! Very poor service and business practices!!

They don't have special brands for dog food so I had to head over to bosleys to buy it (Acana/Orijens). Close by to everywhere else you'd need to go.
