Great service here! I called you a couple months ago because one of my pet parents (I am a breeder)…read morecalled me just panicking because she was on vacation and her neighbor friends that were watching her puppy Frankie, a ten month old miniature dachshund and unfortunately they were unable to sleep because he was whining and up all night crying and they could not sleep and that now she needed to find a place for him to stay immediately. Although they were, at the time reserved and very busy, they took the time to speak with me on the phone and go over everything with what they did with the pups and how they took care of them each individually and very conscientiously and with great care and I was very impressed with their service and the level of care they provided for the pet parents' fur babies. They reassured me that they would do everything possible to make sure he was extremely well taken care of and that his separation anxiety was also addressed while his mom was away on business so that way when she came home he would be a better puppy and most likely to react as strongly when she went away the next time. I like that they have specific program just for separation anxiety to calm the pets as well, you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work and really care about the animals and that the customers are happy with the great level of care they provide for their babies. I would recommend this place because I would even choose this place myself for my pets, if I were ever visiting there in Jersey City that is, and that really says a lot.

Terrible. First off these 5 star reviews must be FAKE the pet sitter that was supposed to be…read moresitting was changed last minute, without giving us notice. Also 4 out of the 6 schedule visits the sitters showed up more than two hours late. On top of that the tracking app and check-in and check-out scans were very conveniently "not working " luckily we have a home security system that records the times they were there. In one occasion we also noticed they didn't bother to clean the litter box so we had to contact their boss and make them go back to clean it. How ridiculous I am doing that so called bosses job. Not to mention the sitter looked in boxes that looked like jewelry boxes luckily we had hid those away beforehand. So if you are ok with all this go for it. Otherwise you are better off getting someone off the street to pet sit for you. No it is not a mistake. I literately spoke to Pedro over the phone and he made up excuses and he still charged me. I'm adding the payment I made. I can't believe they have no shame. Specially after being so negligent, wow, everyone stay away this is the type of people you let in your home.

Over the years I've continued to receive comments from neighbors about how great both Bob and Laurie are with Laz as well. I cannot recommend Laurie and her team enough! The care and communication are unmatched. I am so grateful to have worked with them for so many years and am heartbroken that our working relationship is ending. They have brought me so much peace in knowing Lazer is walked, given fresh water, and kept company while I work. That peace of mind is invaluable and for that I am forever grateful. I finally decided to take a chance and book with Dr. Hatch based on all the previously raving reviews, and I am really glad I did. The only annoyance was that all Banfields were booked for 3 weeks to a month out, but besides that, everything went smoothly. The day of the appointment, I arrived 15 minutes prior to my scheduled time (there were 3 people waiting outside before me) and checked in through a walkie talkie at the door. The staff came out and brought Bowser in within 5 minutes while I filled out his paperwork, owners aren't allowed in the building yet due to COVID. They called me shortly after to discuss the reason for the visit, explained the wellness plan to me, asked if any vaccines were needed that day, and told me the doctor would call me when Bowser was ready. Dr. Hatch called me 10-15 minutes later to discuss everything that they had done (bloodwork, tests, check up) and told me since the plan covered a dental cleaning, I should schedule that since it's good preventative care. I had a few more health questions to ask and Dr. Hatch was patient/helpful and took his time to explain everything to me. A few minutes after that, Bowser was brought back out, I scheduled his dental cleaning, and we were on our way home. The total time from getting there to leaving was no more than 30-40 minutes. I don't know if I was just there on a good day but I had a great experience. All the staff members I came in contact with and spoke with over the phone were friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to bring my pup back here.

The doctor stated he needed an x- ray before the procedure was done. The vet then determined the hernia removal was to complicated for him. He offered referrals. They then charged 708.80 for a freaking x- ray. When I asked the so called manager Lesley soto for a price sheet she claimed they don't have pricing sheets. Pawsitive Daycare keeps the daycare squad small (~5-6 dogs at a time), which helps the dogs interact in a close -knit but fun and safe environment. The dogs can move around freely inside or go outside into the fenced-in yard as they please. You also get picture and video updates throughout the day so that you know what your pet is up to (which is usually lots of playing in Benji's case)! On top of all this, communicating with Lauren and Andres is super easy and they just seem like really nice, caring animal people. Before hearing about Pawsitive Daycare from a neighbor, we had just started taking Benji to a big chain doggy daycare (called Dogtopia in Port Chester near my office, which was a terrible experience for both me and Benji). That's why I'm so grateful for how Pawsitive Daycare operates and how much Benji just loves coming here. He's been going regularly for almost half a year now and I wouldn't want to take him anywhere else.
