Although they were, at the time reserved and very busy, they took the time to speak with me on the phone and go over everything with what they did with the pups and how they took care of them each individually and very conscientiously and with great care and I was very impressed with their service and the level of care they provided for the pet parents' fur babies. They reassured me that they would do everything possible to make sure he was extremely well taken care of and that his separation anxiety was also addressed while his mom was away on business so that way when she came home he would be a better puppy and most likely to react as strongly when she went away the next time. I like that they have specific program just for separation anxiety to calm the pets as well, you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work and really care about the animals and that the customers are happy with the great level of care they provide for their babies. I would recommend this place because I would even choose this place myself for my pets, if I were ever visiting there in Jersey City that is, and that really says a lot.

Also 4 out of the 6 schedule visits the sitters showed up more than two hours late. On top of that the tracking app and check-in and check-out scans were very conveniently "not working " luckily we have a home security system that records the times they were there. In one occasion we also noticed they didn't bother to clean the litter box so we had to contact their boss and make them go back to clean it. How ridiculous I am doing that so called bosses job. Not to mention the sitter looked in boxes that looked like jewelry boxes luckily we had hid those away beforehand. So if you are ok with all this go for it. Otherwise you are better off getting someone off the street to pet sit for you. No it is not a mistake. I literately spoke to Pedro over the phone and he made up excuses and he still charged me. I occasionally check in on the cameras and always see them playing or Bob sitting on the floor letting Laz cover him in kisses. Over the years I've continued to receive comments from neighbors about how great both Bob and Laurie are with Laz as well. I cannot recommend Laurie and her team enough! The care and communication are unmatched. I am so grateful to have worked with them for so many years and am heartbroken that our working relationship is ending. Pawsitive Daycare keeps the daycare squad small (~5-6 dogs at a time), which helps the dogs interact in a close -knit but fun and safe environment. The dogs can move around freely inside or go outside into the fenced-in yard as they please. You also get picture and video updates throughout the day so that you know what your pet is up to (which is usually lots of playing in Benji's case)! On top of all this, communicating with Lauren and Andres is super easy and they just seem like really nice, caring animal people. Before hearing about Pawsitive Daycare from a neighbor, we had just started taking Benji to a big chain doggy daycare (called Dogtopia in Port Chester near my office, which was a terrible experience for both me and Benji). That's why I'm so grateful for how Pawsitive Daycare operates and how much Benji just loves coming here. So grateful that Kevin will be slowly opening back up after taking time off. At this time Kevin is only able to groom small dogs 10lbs and under at the moment. That is subject to change. Not sure if the shop will be open on Saturday's. My boys are so used to Kevin, I refuse to try anywhere else. Kevin takes his time, and it took my orange Pomeranian 10 years to behave at the groomers. Now he's 15 with no teeth, except for his back teeth, can't bite at the groomer or Vet any more. Kevin really is an excellent groomer that puts the dog's needs first. Tip: My suggestion give Kevin a call to ask if you have any questions or to book an appointment.
