I've been holding out on getting my dog groomed for the last couple of months because pricing has gotten so outrageous with mobile groomers. I have two medium sized dogs and the quotes I was getting were around $400-$425 for both dogs I'm sorry, but that is absolutely outrageous I contacted Paw Spa via Yelp and she was roughly half the price of the other others with good reviews. So I gave her a shot and I'm really glad I did. Scheduling was super easy she worked around my hectic work schedule My dogs look great and they smell great ahead of this fall season Highly recommend recommended read more

Mary was extremely good at the beginning of our association but, has recently been inconsistent, edgy, and often "forgetful" about keeping scheduled appointments, etc. Understandably, she like everyone else worldwide has been caught off guard with a host of personal issues during this crazy pandemic. I DO understand these challenges, especially being a working Mom/Grandma and business owner myself. Like so many others. I have been VERY patient with missed appointments, late arrivals and scheduling changes. However, I was completely stunned today when she made the knee-jerk decision to release my 14-year old Maltese from bi-weekly service, without notice or warning merely because I contacted her to inquire/confirm our upcoming appointment. I don't believe this is the correct way to treat an extremely loyal customer. Without even the courtesy of a phone call.... Bailey was actually released by text message. read more

Absolutely loved Mary! She was so nice and easy to make an appointment with. I was a brand new customer and she fit me right in. She kept in great contact too, when there was cancellations she notified me asking if I wanted to come in sooner (since I had been asking for soonest available appointment) it was great, and she was very professional. My dog is a one year old maltipoo (GG) who I am very picky with her hair and Mary did an EXCELLENT job! She came out so pretty, she is clean, very white, smelling nice, and her nails were filed so there's no scratching me after her clip. GG had a great time with Mary, she was comfortable and just as happy as I was with the results! Will be using this service on a regular basis. Thanks again Mary! So happy we met you :) read more

Mary groomed my dog Puddles for six years and did a wonderful job. I was able to trust her with my very gentle, easily frightened dog. Mary did great work, Puddles always looked and smelled wonderful and she even got to the point she wasn't afraid of ge groomed any longer. I did lose my dog late last year and Mary was so kind and sympathetic. Mary is a lovely person and a great groomer, I highly recommend her services. read more

I am so impressed with Mary's work. She took great care of my Maltese mix adult dog and gave her a fantastic haircut. Thank you, Mary!

We recently contacted Mary to have our dog groomed. She responded quickly and was very sweet and professional on the phone, so we set up an appointment. Mary showed up on a Sunday (which is amazing to me) and right on time. She took the time to meet our family and learn about "Betty's" needs an behavior. She pampered our dog and treated her like her own family pet. This means the world to us due to our dog being a little older and not great with other dogs! THANK YOU Mary for all you do! Betty loved her pampering and looks great! We will ONLY be using Mary from now on!!! read more

Mary is so caring and thoughtful. You could tell from our first meeting that she was a pet lover. Not only does she do a great job but has given me tips on grooming Alexa's black nails etc. I'm so happy I found her and would definitely recommend her! read more

First time customer! Called Mary and her VM stated "not accepting new clients but is willing to put us on a cancellation or wait list" so I left my information and she called backed the same day and was able to get my little pooch in 2 days later! She was on time, very professional! My baby looked great and was happy! We were able to book a future appointment! read more

My Aussie, Millie, never looked better! She loved Mary. I used to take her to a big box port store for grooming and never had her come back as perfect as she is today. Mary really knows her stuff and does an amazing job. Millie had matts on her ears and is an 11 month old puppy who would never let me brush or clip her without trying to bite everything. I've even had a few injuries trying to groom her myself. Having Paw spa come out to my house and take great care of Millie with the works which took less than an hour was fantastic. We will be a regular customer now for sure! read more

Best groomer EVER!! Super friendly, knowledgeable and so kind. I recommend Mary to everyone I know and will only trust her with my dogs.

I am new to the area and read the good comments about Mary of the Paw Spa. Needless to say, moving is stressful for people and dogs and cats get stressed out as well. Called Mary and set up two appointments for both of my dogs. Unfortunately, the one who loves everybody is ill. I called to cancel that appointment, but left the one for the younger dog. Well, when Mary got here, it was clear that my dog wasn't going to let it happen. Mary was so gracious and wouldn't allow me to pay for the missed grooming. Instead, she stayed and talked and gave my dog time to warm up. It's obvious that Mary loves and understands dogs. I'm looking forward to the time when we can have her back. read more

I've always washed my dog in my backyard but thanks to a back injury now I can't. I found Paw Spa Mobile Pet on Yelp. Mary was wonderful with my dog. She was very kind and professional. The price for washing a larger dog was lower than many of the other mobile groomers I have spoken with. I have recommended her to several friends of mine. read more

I have a dog by the name of CJ an American Eskimo and when I found out about Paw Spa for my dog I was soooo happy. I have heard amazing things about the spa and the owner herself. When I called Paw Spa for grooming, Mary the owner came and took care of my dog. My dog was extremely happy and not scared at all. Everytime I use to take my dog to another groomer my dog would cry and get scared. This time it was just amazing to use Paw Spa. Mary the owner is patient, understanding, loving, caring and most of all very friendly. I will defiantly be using Paw Spa for all of my dog grooming. read more

I have never rated on yelp before but feel the need to after my experience with Mary at Paw Spa. First of all, her response time is immediate. With my busy schedule, I was glad to be able to communicate via text. Mary was patient answering all of my questions. I am a first timer with mobile grooming. I can say this much....... I will NEVER go back to a store front grooming shop that cages my dog after what should be a pleasurable experience. Speaking of pleasure, after my dog was groomed, he hopped around like a bunny and slept like a baby! He smelled so good. I agree, Mary is the dog whisperer! She treated my dog like it was her own and he reciprocated her love right back. Match made in heaven! read more

Mary is an amazing groomer, she is so passionate about her craft and is an extreme pet lover. Since our first puppy Mary has helped my husband and I on proper grooming techniques, as well as how to handle certain skin conditions. I wish I could have her groom my doggies now that she is mobile, although I don't think she covers the Dallas,TX area. If you want a groomer that cares about your fur baby as much as you do then Mary and Paw Spa are your best option :) read more

Mary came today to groom my two small dogs and she did a fabulous job. This is my first time using a mobile groomer and won't be my last. She was one time, came into the house and got to the know the dogs before she even started grooming. I've always gone to the traditional grooming facilities but if you're thinking of going mobile (which is the best I've decided), definitely give Mary a shot. She won't disappoint you. read more

Why post if you're not taking any new clients? This is what the answer machine had shared. Thank you

Mary was wonderful. I called a few days before and she fit my lab in. It was our first time using a mobile groomer but it was worth every penny. She came to the door to pick up my lab, took him to the van and returned him about 30 minutes later. It was so very convenient and she did a great job. We will definitely use her again. read more

Our Poca gets very anxious around other people and takes a while to warm up to. Mary was very patient with him and did a beautiful job. She did exactly what we asked for. Poca was like a new puppy! I love the idea of a mobile groomer since Poca does not do well around other dogs. I highly recommend Paw Spa. I think we found our professional dog groomer! read more
