They also handle our "special needs" Westie with TLC. She always looks very good, happy plus she's 14 yrs old with health problems, and she's blind. Both Max & Stella we counted minutes after 1st drop off when we thought we'd get a call to come & pick the dog right back up. Did not happen for either Max or Stella. They absolutley LOVE Ellen. My dog was able to wander in the grooming area after he was all done, and he came out happy as can be!! He smelled clean, looked clean, his nails were great, and his toes were groomed nicely. The owner sided with the INCOMPETENT groomer even though he knew me since before he got his license. I guess there is NO honor is being a good customer and helping him in getting established.
