Wonderful experience! I brought my Aussie and my senior mini poodle there and was met with some wonderful girls who were both extremely knowledgeable about the cuts that would best suit them! Groomer Olivia was so gentle with my babies it made me feel extremely safe with having them there! I asked for an upgraded kennel and got their suite! My aussie got a silhouette and my poodle got a comfort groom as she is 15 yo. Olivia made her look just like a puppy again and she even got a little pep in her step back! Highly recommend! read more

Experience I had today was not good. Technician was rude and disrespectful. If you have an older dog with health conditions dont go. You would be accused of neglect for expressing your concerns as a customer. I was expecting a low cut but the grooming was messy and piss poor. I would not recommended this place to anyone. I have been going here for over a year or so and love it! the staff is very caring and attentive. The wash tubs are always clean and ready for us. They had a really awesome front desk person, Devin ? How did this place slip by without a review...gotta fix that asap. Great little DIY dog wash place with pet bakery and boutique. Great place to pick up items for your dog to eat or wear after giving them a very tidy bath. Lots of great collars and leads too. It's so easy to hook up your pet in the elevated tubs and leash them for bath time. There are wash aprons and towels provided, along with a pet hair dryer for containing the messier aspects. Once you have your dog secured in their wash basin area, start the bath hose to rinse and soap up your pet. On a side note, they have risers for little dogs and rubber wash brushes for thicker coats-both readily available if you ask. You don't have to bother with shampoo bottles, the settings for the bath hose can switch from rinse, to shampoo or conditioner, so no messing with that part of it. Love how easy and inexpensive it is to come here for a dog grooming. The cost of the dog bath is by dog size. There is also a fenced in grassy area for dogs to play in at Paw Park Place. We have utilized this space for dog parties in the past. I think there is a usage fee, but it's a nice place to host a small dog meet up for a social purpose. On the way out we always pick up an antler chew or some doggie baked goods for the ride home. They have fancier items for dogs, even saw a few little happy birthday cakes for dogs. Love this place - left my dog at daycare and he was treated like a king even though he is one year old never stayed anywhere he was fine

FLEAS!!! Groomer was ok but my dog came back infested with fleas. Never seen so many!! I also didn't like keeping my dog in a cage for almost 6 hours. We made a morning appointment but wasn't able to pick her up until the evening. I had called 3 times to see if she was done but they kept saying almost. We then had to have them trim her ears while we waited because they missed it. Won't be going back. read more

After a run around at the dog park right next door, we frequently bring our dogs here. It's obviously very convenient and it makes it so much nicer to bring home a freshly bathed dog after they've had their exercise. The actual bathing stations are very nice. They are elevated tubs, so no bending down to wash your dog, and they have long hoses attached that alternate between a soapy solution and water for rinsing. There are a couple different options for the actual cleansing soap, based on your dogs coat-type or the scent you prefer. The employees are very helpful and I believe they will even do the washing for an up charge. We usually go with the DIY since we have two dogs at $20 for both is usually all we really want to spend. You're provided a towel and even a scrub brush for your dog if you need it. The bathing station includes a powerful dryer attachment too which is nice to blow all the water and extra hair off the dog before you finish with a towel dry. The store also has a plethora of dog accessories including leashes, harnesses, clothes, and even sun-glasses. They also have homemade dog treats and plenty of other edible chewies and treats for your dog. The store also provides grooming, nail trimming, and other services but I haven't utilized any portion of that. read more

I took my sweet pup in today to get her nails clipped. I was there right at 10am, and they we're open, staffed up, and ready to go. The lady who clipped Madison's nails was calm and gentle with her, but still moved quickly. They have moved away from a retail focus, but I was still able to get locally baked peanut butter treats which Madison really enjoyed. Love to see a locally-owned business pivot during Covid and find a business plan that allows them to keep serving our community. read more

This place is the absolute worst groomer I have ever been to. They completely shaved my golden retriever without my consent. First of all anyone with any knowledge of this breed should know they have two coats for many reasons. Anyone that is a licensed groomer should know NEVER to shave a golden retriever. Their coat will never grow back the same again. This place destroyed my dogs image and coat forever. There is nothing that can fix it. The groomer took off before I got there after 5 hours of waiting to hear that she was ready to be picked up. The manager and owner were not there just a high school girl behind the counter that offered me $10 off. The money isn't the principle here it's the carelessness of the groomer and owner. I finally received a call from the owner with a half worthy apology and basically defended the groomer. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I brought my dog here to get groomed and overall was very pleased. I called in the morning and they were able to fit me in by the afternoon. The shop is clean and very welcoming. Only issue is that they cut one of my dogs nails too short and he's been bleeding for a bit. I would give this place another try though. read more

My dork dog (the aforementioned "humper") has tried on numerous occasions to strangulate himself on the built in collar in the self-serve dog wash. The device, a raised bath tub of sorts, with a hand held shower-sprayer that has a built in soap dispenser and a near by blow dryer is quite a good idea. If you have a smart dog. Sadly, I do not. Beck (the dork) does love the bakery treats. And they have great specials like a free dog cookie with a self bath on Wednesday's. This is a good place to visit for after your (my) dog gets all dirty from humping his new friends at the dog park next door. read more

THey also have these fun dog houses that you wash your dogs in. The selection of doggie accessories is outta control! I took my 6 month old Yorkie in to get some small matts on his legs trimmed, nails cut and a bath. I told the person who took my appt, then the groomer exactly what I wanted. I had been brushing him every night, to make sure he had no matts, but he fought me to brush his legs, so he had some small matts on them. The groomer asked me if she should brush them out, but I told her to just clip them off as brushing would be too painful. They called me 3 hrs later to tell me he was ready. I paid for the grooming and left an $8. tip and was told to go and get him out of a kennel. When I got back there, I couldn't find Scout, because I didn't recognize my own puppy, until he saw me and started barking and jumping. I was in total shock, they had shaved my beautiful blue and gold Yorkie completely bald, except for a bit of hair on his head and face. I was shaking and asked the groomer what she had done to my puppy. She asked me why I was so upset, knowing full well what she had done. When I initially told her what to do with Scout, she repeated it back to me exactly what I wanted. I left because I was trembling and called the shop on my way home and asked to speak to the owner. This was on Thurs, I was told the owner could not be reached until Sat., so I told them to have her call me asap. I also sent an email, which no one responded to and have not heard a single word from anyone. I spent nearly $60 to see my puppy shaved bald and no one has had the decency to even call me. I cannot imagine any business owner treating a customer this way. I would warn everyone to never step foot into this place. I was treated horribly and my poor puppy shivers all of the time, because he is bald. read more

Staff is always happy to see you and your baby, and my baby loves to get in to get a chicken strip after her bath! She doesn't mind the bath at all (unlike home) and the staff cleans up after the wash - a perfect day out. I get here at least once a month and always see something new. read more

I really love this place. It is clean, has good products and always great sales on doggy clothes. They have a plethora of shampoos to chose from and it's easy to wash as it comes out of the hose with the water, there are no actual shampoo bottles. It is a very cute design, the staff is friendly and they offer you a discount with your 2nd dog. It is unique to it's kind, I've only been to one other "self service" dog wash before-and this one is a lot cheaper and bigger! I was dog-sitting my son's 10 month old German Shepherd and spontaneously decided to get her bathed before my son picked her up later that afternoon. I called to get an appointment shortly after 9:00 am on Saturday and was delighted that I could bring her in at 11:00 am. Decided to give this local place a chance...first time taking my dog here to get groomed. First off they never called to tell me she was ready I had to call 5 hours later to ask if she's ready & the lady says "oh yeah she's ready" which I didn't understand why I never received a call. I go pick up my dog & for the first time of her getting picked up from the groomers this was the first time she was so scared & jumped in my arms. I thought something was weird but didn't think anything of it. I thought it was due to it being her first time there. In the car ride home she kept licking her leg I was wondering why she was licking at it like crazy until I realized the groomer (who's name was Katie I believe) cut my dog. She had such a bad deep cut that was never mentioned by the groomer when I paid & walked out. I called them furious & met the manager there. She arrives to tell me she is sorry but the groomer didn't know she cut my dog. I don't know a groomer who would cut a dog so badly & not know. All she said was "oh it happens". I've had my dog groomed many times & this has never happened in my life. If you're looking for a grooming place I suggest you try out woof gang bakery in Lake Mary I've been going there & they have been amazing. This is a great business idea that I wish I would have thought of. Have a do it your self dog wash and full grooming service right beside a popular dog park. For me it is really easy to give a good bath here after my dog gets filthy at the park. The prices are based on weight and they have a punch card where after 10 visits you get a free bath. My dog loves the baked treats they make and so does my niece, they are human friendly also. read more

This place is charging for services they don't perform. They over-book the clients, then spray a deodorizer on your pet in hopes you don't notice they didn't do the bath you paid for! Sloppy nail trimming. Awful hair cut on my pup. The groomer bathes the dog before the cut. Why??? My pup had a load of loose hair on her coat and she smelled awful. I couldn't get the deodorizer spray off her coat. I bathed her twice. Why are these people still in business? I paid over $80 for this treatment. What is wrong with you people? read more

I took my two babies here for a bath as they were shedding like crazy and I was just sick of all the hair everywhere in my house. The staff were genuinely friendly as they explained their services and options that I could choose from. When I picked up my dogs they looked AMAZING and they were very relaxed with the staff. I've only being coming to Paw Park for a couple weeks, after moving here from Daytona. After having a run in twice with homeless people, this will be my last time there. There were six homeless men drinking in the park, 3 of which cat called me and yelled profanities when I was walking the path. One nice gentleman was kind enough to call the cops and five showed up. After that, and even after 15 minutes, the men still remained. At the time, there was a white ford, landscaping truck there. I'm not sure if he was employing these men or not, however, he proceeded to follow me home. I've never felt so unsafe in my life and I have a mind to sue. I plan on taking my dogs to Gemini from here on out, where there are no homeless people, and the people that bring their small dogs actually keep their small dogs in the pen where they belong. I shouldn't have to worry that my large dogs are playing too rough with a dog that should not be in the same area in the beginning. That's besides the point, but icing on top of the cake nonetheless. I'm not sure exactly why this park is rated so high, because as far as I've seen, it's the worst I've ever been to. read more

Poor customer service from the high school staff, not good at grooming large dogs. The owner is nice but not always there. Not a bad place to wash your dog yourself, otherwise don't bother. Great place to have nearby when you need to get your dog cleaned up in a hurry. Almost never a wait and the people working there seem to love what they do. I bathe both my dogs (lab mix and border collie) here about every 3-4 weeks. SO much easier than at home with th eshampoo & conditioner pre-loaded into the wash hoses - plus no clean up. To top it off the staff will clip the nails when we need that done - I hate doing that at home! The dogs love to come here to meet up with other dogs as well as finding some funky new cookie or treat to try. read more

We've taken our Yorky to this location twice. Both times it looks like they didn't even do any work on her. We asked for them to trim her fur and clean up her face (tears stains). It looks like a kindergartener cut her fur and she still has tear crusties. Overpriced. You can hardly even tell that she had a haircut. Totally disappointed. Save your money and find an experienced groomer. This place is only good for a quick bath after your dogs get dirty at the dog park. read more

Went there after visiting the newly renovated dog park located just across the street. Fabulous facility and helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone. Our dog has sensitive skin. They provided suitable shampoo and an oatmeal conditioner. There's even a small fenced play area outside. You can sit and relax while your dog has a chance to dry off. read more

told them we were brining a dog in that was going for surgery for a growth. It doesn't hurt her. We wanted a bath a shave for a schnauzer and nails clipped.. dog was not shaved but cut, beard is uneven, ears full of hair and nails not clipped as well as long hairs left in various places including the paws. For the Yorkie, said we wanted face trimmed down all the way and legs as well - not done. Doesn't look like her nails were clipped either. I am extremely disappointed. If they didn't want to do it, they should have let us know. Never again. read more
