I was a bit disappointed with the (lack of) freshness on one occasion, that was a Sunday afternoon which leads me to think that they probably don't put out fresh batches for the weekend. Coffee is average but drinkable. The worst is the seating inside - the seats are too short for the nice wooden high tables they got. Hopefully they'll fix this, as it stands it's really awkward and it's probably putting people off from eating there.

The guy that pre-opens the store (e.g. sets out the chairs on the patio an hour before they truly open) isnt the friendliest - I asked if they were open upon seeing him one morning and his says "no" and just doesnt even look up at me. After tasting their goodies and seeing that line, I am sure he gets asked that a million times every day, so I try not to hold his "not morning person" attitude against him. The modest bakery/café is located in the heart of Dingle, across from St. Mary's Church on Green Street. When I stopped by, the staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating, even allowing me to take their eggs and French Toast breakfasts to go despite it being a bit of an unorthodox request for them. And the food was really good - a good quick option that will save your budget. It's a hidden gem in Dingle, and definitely worth a stop.
