He was so nice and answered all of my questions and concerns. He was able to make me a new retainer in ONE DAY... I went back the next day to pick it up! There was no one else in the office, so I had no concerns with covid. He also had all of his attention on me. His wife, who runs the front desk, was also so sweet. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would recommend them to anyone!!

On a more serious note, she made me the best retainers! Taking into account how heavily I grind my teeth, she made them a little thicker than the normal type. If I hadn't relocated across the country, I would've had her make my replacements when I finally broke them almost 10 years later. My permanent retainer is still hanging on strong though! I recently had a dental emergency around lunchtime that neither my dentist nor anyone else in the practice could accommodate. What was most disappointing wasn't just the lack of availability; but the complete absence of any solution. No referral, no guidance, no contingency plan for an established (waitlist for cancelation), loyal patient in need. To be clear, the hygienists and even back office payment staff here are wonderful, and I will genuinely miss those interactions. However, the doctors personal phone staff and overall customer service fell far short. Basic patient support (especially during an emergency) should be a standard, not an exception. It was like common sense and compassion was missing from this Doctors personal team, just beyond disappointing. For a well-established practice, not having any after-hours options, emergency protocols, or even the ability to point patients in the right direction to a referral/partner office shows a concerning lack of care and consideration for loyal clientele and honestly borderline negligence to their patience overall dental needs. New Flash: Life actually continues after 5pm. Because I was left without help/guidance, I had to search elsewhere on my own. Thankfully, I found another dental office that treated me quickly, compassionately, and efficiently. That experience made the contrast very clear. As a result, this office has lost not only me as a long time client but my entire family; and unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this dental practice to others as I have in the past. Customer service matters. Even when you can't solve the problem directly, showing effort, compassion, and a willingness to help goes a long way. It appeared that the patient files were all kept in banker boxes lined up in the hallway and pack of the office. Questioned, how safe is the patient data. Then the actual dental chair, had rust on all of the joints of the chair. So much that the arm would not raise for me to get into the chair. The visit with the 'dentist' is via a teams chat. One of the routine checks that is performed is a cancer screening that is not covered by our insurance. My husband who is checked every 3 months for any type of cancer declined that screening. Because he would not let them perform that check, the declined service to him to have his annual teeth cleaning. Since they would not see him without that check and the dingy condition of this office, we will not be going back.
