He made the time even though we weren't on his schedule that day and went above and beyond to make the yard look awesome. Last week I had an issue with a drawer sticking. I called into the office, Bill called me back and came within a couple of days to adjust something that had slipped. Done. I am a happy camper once more. It is delightful to be able to pull out the shelves and get the pots and pans I need without getting down on the floor. Great product, great company, professional people! Thanks.

From start to finish a positive experience. I was happy to learn that Vinny our sales consultant…read morewas also the installer. I knew I would not be sold something he couldn't deliver. We spent an entire afternoon going over planning how and where we wanted the shelves. Added shelves to hold pot lids and dividers for platters, cookie sheets, muffin tins, etc. When the shelves came in Vinny called to set an install date which worked for us and completed the install in one long day. What took me three days to pull out of my cabinets was put back in less than two hours due to ease of access, organization and much more space. I was able to bring in kitchen ware that I had previously stored in the garage. Snack bags from the top of the fridge are now in easy reach on a pullout shelf. Our install was 5/23 and we are enjoying our new kitchen so much.

I kindly Asked To be shown material and if he could supply me a price. Sales person John says they had all prices but what I was requesting. He seemed very unorganized and wasn't sure where things where. I said that's a shame I wanted to make my purchase today. And I would if he was prepared. He then Became rude and said that it's not his fault. And then said to stop "busting his balls" he then became vulgar and told me to F*** off! I have never been treated so rudely by a sales person. I would steer clear of this store and this horrible excuse for a human being.

After many years of procrastination on my part, I decided to have my huge invasive camphor tree…read moreremoved. I asked for bids from 5 different companies and Acorn (again) won the job. They were not the lowest but they did propose using a crane to remove the tree. (see pic) Camphor trees are an invasive species and mine was beginning to ruin my concrete patio. Shawn Waller (owner) suggested using a crane so that my yard would not be trashed from heavy machinery. Doing business with Acorn is always effortless. After I called to ask for a bid, Shawn was out the same day to take a look at my tree. I then received the formal bid via email. To my surprise, the crew showed up at my home at precisely 8AM. Most other work crews that I have hired over the years arrived whenever they felt like it. Acorn was totally professional. During the job, the work crew was mindful of all of my other vegetation. I grow orchids in my backyard and they were not disturbed, at all. The crew was experience and immediately went to work. It was a big job and they were done with the grinding of the stump at around 3:30PM. They left the site as clean as when they had arrived. I heartily recommend this company. They're crews are made up of experienced professionals.

They came out immediately gave me an estimate, which was fair and reasonable. When I said yes, and when can you start the job, they said, this can't wait and started right away. It was 4:30 pm, plus they had just finished a job. But they felt it was a job that had to be started to lighten the load on the roof. The next morning they finished it and cleaned up great and I was extremely happy for the honest & quickness of this company. I understand the company is under new ownership and the new owner are fantastic, and very knowledgeable on trees, being an arborist.
