Jessica did such a great job renovating our house! Our house was built in the late 70s and needed…read moresome serious updating in all of our bathrooms and closets. We did a two full bathroom renovations where we had to reroute plumbing under the slab. We painted the entire interior of the house and added recessed lighting and most outdated fixtures thru the entire house. She was attentive to detail and kept our job moving along nicely. She organized the job from beginning to end and had a clean up crew at the end so when it was time to get our house back everything was move in ready! I would recommend her for sure!

For project accuracy, our written acknowledgment was that the contracted physical construction work…read morehad been completed and that we were electing not to request additional corrective or cosmetic work. That should not be interpreted as satisfaction with the workmanship, project management, communication, or overall experience. We specifically chose to handle remaining items ourselves because, after the delays and difficulties we had already experienced, we did not want to extend the project further. We paid the contractual balance after receiving the required final-payment documentation in order to fulfill our obligation and bring the relationship to a close. My review describes our firsthand experience and is supported by the extensive written project record (over 260 correspondences in 6 months) we retained. My husband and I tried to save a few dollars and it ended up costing us not only more money but also a lot of mental anguish. Then came two angels from Salt & Pepper construction-Nadav and Nathan! From the very first moment, we felt a real connection and a sense of ease. We add an additional floor to the house and it was definitely not an easy project but they handled every part of it professionally and with so much care. They added their own unique touch, guided us through the design and helped bring our vision to life. Our new master suite feels like a luxurious hotel room! Thank you for making our dream come true and giving us peace of mind, even when unexpected challenges came up. We will definitely use your services again in the future!

When disaster strikes our homes and property, most of us don't know where to turn or who to call…read more We then become prey to big restoration companies,( that are often "preferred vendors" of insurance companies). It is common practice for these "preferred vendors" to pay finders fees to insurance and service-related companies. So, that they may be the first on the scene when property disaster occurs. They don't care about anything, but fast money. They do this under the disguise that they will take care of everything. However, they do not follow best practices that are defined and expected by county and state. They subcontract from cheap labor pools. The result is careless, shoddy, and incomplete work. The BEST advice that I can share with future property loss victims is this: Don't let ANYBODY touch your property until you have talked to Darren Clark at Professional Restoration Services. Could not have been more pleased with Jonathan and Premiere Builders. After a "not-so-good"…read moreexperience with another highly recommended contractor, we called Jonathan. From the first meeting, it was obvious that Premiere Builders was different. Jonathan presented ideas for our kitchen remodel that were in keeping with what we desired, at a price that was very reasonable. The crew that performed was more than competent and, unlike the previous contractor, they showed up every day. The job was completed within the time-frame promised, and the quality of work was exceptional. Shimi, the project manager, was on top of everything and easy to communicate with. He kept us informed in every respect concerning the job. We had only planned to remodel the kitchen, but we were so pleased with everything, we decided to use Premiere to remodel the guest bath, half bath in garage, paint the entire house and garage, install crown molding in the den, replace tile on the front patio, and paint all doors, both inside and out. I would highly recommend Premiere Builders for any remodel, large or small.

When we questioned them, they said that we had dogs so that was why they did not go back there. But the dogs are kept in a room in the house and not allowed to run free . the backyard is not fenced so they just had to walk around the house to the backyard to enter In the end, they accused us of being in the wrong somehow and through extensive negotiation, we received half of our deposit back, Owner Mike Linn was smooth and charming in the beginning and was at the end, rude raised his voice to me , and accused us of lying.
