We called Dr. jenny and she was able to see him right away. Dr. Jenny was very careful to completely understand our Son's injuries and symptoms BEFORE taking any action. She was also very careful to be sure that we, as parents, understood all aspects of her care and was very conservative in her approach to our Son's treatment. All-in-all, we could not be more pleased with the care and service we received. We feel very pleased to find Sierra Spine and Dr. Jenny in particular. PS. always very happy and OVERJOYED when leaving Mammoth Dental! (crazy to hear when leaving a dentist…read moreright?!) I have been going here for a few years now, due to moving to mammoth area, & switching dentists from LA to the eastern sierras from being a full time resident! Everyone apart of this office is very friendly, but still very professional! From the way the speak, the way they are dressed, & how elaborate the staff is on explaining mouth care & medication directions post surgery! Dr Schrager is an incredible dentist, he does all the proper measures of sanitation, always makes me feel comfortable with his superb level of cleanliness as well while doing dental work! Dr, Summer, Ana & all his staff are always connecting with patients & it shows how thoughtful, aware, concerned & in tuned they all are! I value that so much cause it shows their level of service & actually care about anyone who steps foot in their office! I recently got my wisdom teeth removed, & was SO nervous! I thought it would hurt so much, but Dr Schrager numbed up my mouth after he knew it was ready to go & within almost less than 2 minutes both my top wisdom teeth I needed gone were OUT! I couldn't believe how fast he was, & how embarrassed I felt for being so nervous for only having to lay there for 2 minutes of my life. I was THRILLED I didn't feel a thing, it was so quick. I thought the next following days I'd be in pain, & be hurting, & I felt wonderful! Was at work the next day ready to go working a double! I followed the proper measures I was encouraged to do by the staff & everything healed up beautifully! Also the view from the office is always enjoyable to be staring at the Sherwins , you forget that you have Dr and assistants with metal tools in your mouth!, Always will & forever be the best dental practice I have ever stepped foot in! It may take a little bit of time to finally get an appointment, but having minimal dentist in town catering to 10-20,000 people, you just have have to have the trust that you're in the best hands & it is worth the wait! Recommend for anyone who appreciates incredible service, & amazing dental work with happy friendly smiles all over the office!

Unprofessional and moody. My son had an appointment with Melissa this morning at 8:15AM. When we…read moreshowed up on time, doors were locked and Melissa was not there. I texted Melissa letting her know we are there, at her gym. Melissa shows up late, and as she walks out of her car, her face is red, she is visibly angry and without any consideration for my son - her patient - she proceeds to angrily tell me that how dare I text her on her personal phone. My son pulled me aside and said "mom lets go now, she is looks so angry, I don't want to ever see her again." To help safe face in front of my son and calm her down, I profusely apologized and told Melissa that I had no idea she was bothered by texts. This is how we scheduled all prior appointments in the past with zero mention from Mellisa about it being an issue. Melissa went on to angrily tell us that she has a small child, and how she did us a big favor scheduling so early, and that texting her to see if she plans to show up, after our scheduled time, is so inconsiderate. I apologized again, mostly because I was hoping she would relax and back off, but her condescending tone and a red angry look on her face didn't change. Needless to say I was uncomfortable leaving my son in her care. For a healthcare professional to behave like this in front of her minor patient is completely unprofessional and uncalled for. Maybe it's time to take time off to spend with your child and setting the right boundaries including not giving away your personal number is a better solution than scaring your patients away with unprofessional and angry outbursts. Unfortunately, my son needed this appointment, but neither of us were comfortable staying or ever returning. I don't know why she bothered leaving her child at home, or getting out of the car to scare us away and ruin her reputation...
