He is worth every penny and more.

Dr. Morrow is incredibly thorough and takes the time to ensure every aspect of my eye health is carefully evaluated. She is also very friendly. We had a great conversation about my new e-bike. I always leave feeling confident that I've received outstanding care. Lillian, the Optometric Assistant who handled my initial testing, was professional, friendly, and very thorough, making the process comfortable and efficient. Shawna Galbierz, Optician, was equally wonderful - kind, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk with. We had a great conversation about cars and bicycles, and she even complimented me on how well I care for my glasses after noticing they were still scratch-free. I was especially touched by her handwritten thank-you card sent via US mail where she thanked me for continuing to choose ForSight and for taking such good care of my glasses. She also said she'd love to see a pic of my new e-bike. That personal touch says a lot about the care they provide. The beautifully appointed French-inspired décor also makes every visit feel especially welcoming and refined. I highly recommend ForSight for their professionalism, kindness, exceptional service, and attention to detail.

**A Very VERY Disappointing Experience**…read more After more than 25 years with a wonderful eye doctor who retired, I was genuinely excited to try ForSight Eye, especially since family members had recommended the practice. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely upsetting. The staff was very nice, and I want to make that clear. My issue was entirely with the provider, Erika Morrow. I felt rushed, dismissed, and spoken to in a manner I found arrogant, demeaning, rude, and unprofessional. My concerns were not taken seriously, and the examination felt anything but thorough. Without question, it was the worst eye exam I have ever experienced. I was so upset that my husband, who had recommended the practice, went back inside to figure out what happened. Rather than listening, apologizing, or attempting to address his concerns, Morrow left him feeling dismissed and spoken down to as well. He has since decided to discontinue his care with her. Anyone can have an off day, but when a patient leaves visibly upset and someone takes the time to respectfully address the situation, I would expect at least some willingness to listen and make things right. There was none. I'm genuinely surprised by the glowing reviews because they bear no resemblance to my experience. Perhaps mine was an exception, but I can only speak to the treatment I received. Neither my husband nor I will return, and I would not feel comfortable recommending this provider to family or friends. After 25 years of experiencing professional, compassionate eye care, I know the difference. Patients deserve to be treated with kindness, courtesy, and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at ForSight Eye.
