He first told me he didn't receive the money I sent, when I show him proof, he became agitated, shouting at me and keep telling lies after lies. This is being going on for months now. He never did the job, never gave a refund. Just lies after lies. We are getting ready to file a case against him in a couple of days ( we gave him months to fix the problem, but he is more happy to be lying and taking advantage of hard working people than to be honest!) . Water was pouring into the garage from a hole in the garage ceiling as a result of a broken water pipe. Being a Saturday, I left messages for several people and finally got a phone call from a friend who came over to turn off the water and then from Wayne Shannon, President of Shannon Builders, Inc. By that time, a hole had formed in the wall between the garage and the dining room. As a result, water was also pouring onto my dining room table and floor. I cannot say enough good things about Wayne Shannon! He immediately arranged for a Plumbing Specialist to come to my house that evening and replace the broken water pipe which was connected to the outside faucets. The Plumbing Specialist also took pictures (at Wayne's request) of all the areas affected which included the living room floor. Wayne also scheduled men to arrive at 10:00 am the next morning to remove the damaged carpet in the living room and dining room, and the damaged dry wall in the garage on walls & ceiling, plus dry wall in the attic. They then left machines for three days to dry out the rooms. Wayne came over that day and several other days to make sure everything was being done correctly and on schedule. Because I have solar panels, there is a solar box in my garage. Wayne spoke with Solar City in regard to removing the solar box while working on the wall in the garage and to have it replaced. It was replaced on 3/20/19. Wayne also checked measurements for carpet and dry wall and brought me color samples for both. He also arranged for a Pod to store furniture in while the painting and carpet installation work was being done. Wayne Shannon made sure that everything was done correctly and on schedule. I am very happy with the work that was done to correct the damage to my home. In addition, Wayne worked very hard to keep the cost under what my Home Insurance would pay. He deserves a five star rating ***** and I would highly recommend him for any work,

He finally got back to us, came to our home, then provided an estimate to us. We ultimately decided to go with another individual. My son lives on the property as well. He called this company recently to get an estimate on an addition. The owner never returned the first call so my son called again and left another message. The owner called him and told him he is not coming to give an estimate because we are using him. My son asked how we are using him and the owner of this company could not tell him. I could not believe it when my son told me this. So very unprofessional and this company will NEVER receive a phone call from us again and I will be letting everyone know of the unprofessional behavior. An estimate is just that, and is not a promise for the work! I guess because he didn't get the first job, we are not worthy of anymore estimates from him. Well good riddens!!!

The bathtub with surround that they installed has drywall damage on one side because they didnt caulk the tub well. The over all finishing work they did in my bathroom was poor and sloppy. When they installed my kitchen cabinets they cracked one of the bottom corners when srewing the cabinets together and then informed me that it was my responsibility to fix. Total hack, demand money for work that wasnt complete. Then tryed blocking my driveway and demanded money when the bank that they corresponded with for payment sent their check to the wrong location.
