The Liverpool: Scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, German fried potatoes and bread
    Steven B.

There was only one server covering the entire restaurant so things were a bit frazzled and slow. She was a good server, just too much to do! But I still give it five stars because the food was phenomenal! My wife's Liverpool: eggs, German potatoes, sausage and bacon were fantastic! It comes out in a very unique high handled skillet! My cauliflower bowl was unique and unbelievably delicious! So cheesy and scrumptious!! If I lived nearby, this would be my go-to place!!! If you like really good food, come! Allow a little extra time and don't get frustrated if you have to wait a bit! The food is with it!! I mean, really worth it!!!!

    Wurst with german style potatoes

Who would have thought you'd find German restaurant in Liverpool? They serve breakfast until 4PM but I decided to go with the wurst sausage. The dish comes with a really tasty salad in a cup? and some of the yummiest fries. Now the sausage was a bit disappointing actually but I tried a piece of my friend's pizza(it's something else on the menu but it looks like pizza) and it was really delicious. Got so full at the end did't even have space for dessert. I even think Paul came out a couple of times to ask us how was the food. The restaurant also has a nice patio to sit outside on a sunny day. I think the place is awesome cause everything seems to be home cooked right there.

Probably the best schnitzel I have ever had. My kids had the potatoes pancakes which were also fantastic. The portions are huge and the prices are very reasonable.

Great little bistro doing awesome breakfast and baked goods. Also has schnitzels!! We went with the Liverpool breakfast and it was great. Home made bread and home made German sausage had a nice smokey flavour. The jams are also home made here too. Very much a family place and you can tell a lot of care goes into the food and service. $5 corkage if you want to being a bottle for dinner!

Best omelette and Tarte we ever had. Great quality and large portions for a decent price. Highly recommend if you're in Liverpool and worth stopping by

Love the food there. The omelette is huge and the taste is pretty nice. I love the chicken stuffed with bacon and cheese most.

We popped in here for breakfast on a Friday morning. My husband and I both thought it was one of the best breakfasts we'd had in a LONG time. Nothing fancy but homemade and delicious. We decided to split the Liverpool Breakfast after seeing another order come out and realizing how huge it is. We added a second piece of bread (worth doing, as it's homemade). The strawberry jam was the best I've ever had. Decor is very quirky but food was delicious and price was super reasonable. Will definitely be back when we're in the area again!

Then they give you a number to place at your table. Once your food is ready, they bring it to your table. It was my husband's and my first time there, but my husband's uncle and aunt are regulars. They had their usual orders, which were the Club Sandwich ($8.50) and the BLT ($6.25) I got the Fish Cakes with Chow Chow and a side garden salad ($11.95). My husband got the Chicken Curry "Panini" (either $8.95 or $9.95, I forget). The sandwiches do not come with sides. My fish cakes were quite good. They were a little more potatoes than fish, but still flavourful and tasty. It was my first time having chow chow (which I've been told is a very Nova Scotian thing) and I would describe it as a green tomato relish. It went well with the fish cakes. The side salad was mostly romaine lettuce with some cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions and grated cheese. The dressing was a creamy ranch. The salad was nothing special IMO, but ingredients were at least fresh. My husband's "Panini" was more of a grilled sandwich, as the bread was sliced sandwich bread and not the bread one usually associates with panini. It was pressed in a grill though. He liked it, but it looked too mayonnaise-y for me, lol. My husband's aunt and uncle enjoyed their sandwiches. Staff were friendly and the place has a relaxed cafe atmosphere. There aren't that many places to eat out in Liverpool (NS), but Memories seems to be one of the more popular places. There's free parking in the town lot, by the information centre, which is really close by (well, everything in Liverpool is close by, lol, but you can literally see the cafe from the parking lot).

Service was terrible took over an hour to be served our food. Person taking our order was extremely…read morerude!
