This is not a result of simple flower availability. If you cannot make a similar quality arrangement, contact the customer and offer something in like kind. This did not happen. I ordered flowers for valentines day through FTD and the order was sent to Pauls florest of Millis. I have never been more embarrassed than i was the moment i saw my wife holding 18 long stem roses crammed in the top of a 3 ft pedestal vase. Clearly they ran out of vases and grabbed whatever they could find. they could have called me and i would have had no problem having them delivered without a vase. never again!! read more

I ordered a $75 basket for a wake. The basket was small, mostly greens, okay on one side, and deficient on the other side. I contacted the company and provided a photo showing cut up oasis, few flowers, and whoever responded merely said that the greens were expensive. I will not be using their services in the future. read more

I've used Paul's Flowers a few times now and have nothing but the best to say about how gorgeous their arrangements are! The last order they didn't have the exact pot that I ordered online. they called and said they could order one, but it would be later, or they could make up for it with several embellishments, which were above and beyond what I ordered. I really appreciated what they did, and the friend who received them is absolutely delighted with how beautiful they are! And they arrived right on time too!! Amazing customer service and flowers! Paul's provided flowers for my wedding several years ago. My bouquet was absolutely beautiful at an incredibly affordable price. Since then we have ordered flowers many times for family. We were unable to visit my parents on Easter due to Covid. I left a voice mail at Paul's the day before Easter never expecting a return call due to the late notice. In my haste I called another local flower shop to order an Easter bouquet for my parents. Within 15 minutes of my call to Paul's I received a call back! They were ready, willing and able to deliver. Next time I will patiently await a return call and order from Paul's! read more

I had such a wonderful experience ordering flowers for my mom from here for mother's day. I ordered them online and ordered a deal of the day bouquet so I wasn't sure what to expect. The flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful. It had pink roses, pink and white peonies, pretty greens, babies breath, fluffy english-garden type flowers, and they were so fresh and stunning - I so appreciated that they put in so much effort to their smaller deal of the day arrangements. Also, the card I had written my mom online was handwritten in beautiful handwriting. It was delivered on time and it made my mom's year receiving it. Thank you so much Paul's Flowers!! Meh, all set with this place. My mother had flowers delivered to me for a very specific, sad anniversary. The guy showed up and once I saw the tag that said Wednesday, I told him he was a week early. His only response was I can take them back. I was going to just fudge it with my mother, but I ended up telling her what happened. She called, explained the situation, The person said well we can go get the flowers and redeliver next week...she told them don't bother. But honestly? If it was my business, I would've made damned sure that the intended person got the right flowers on the day they were meant for, flowers are usually for a specific reason. This florist is SO FRIENDLY and they will go out of there way to help costumers. We ordered a bouquet with lilacs out of season, and they were able to supply us with them. This was really meaningful to my family as lilacs were a favorite flower of my grandma and this is the first birthday of hers since she passed. I also needed potting soil and the woman who helped me said that they had just sold out, but offered me her own bag from the back! She gave it to me for a fraction of the price since it had already been used. When I went to pay, I didn't have cash (they accept card for purchases above $10) so she accepted my change in quarters from my car. So friendly the entire time! Support local businesses!!! I've ordered from Paul's Flowers for years. My mother is in a nursing home in Milford and I've ordered birthday and Mother's Day flowers from this florist, the latest order being her 96th birthday last October. I received a reminder email last week to place a Mother's Day with them. I placed an order yesterday and today I was told that they don't deliver to Milford and haven't done so 'for years'!!! They are going to credit my account and I will no longer be doing business with the establishment. read more

I have received 2 arrangements from this florist this year. The first was a birthday arrangement that looked worse than what the grocery store would provide. There was 2 colors of small mums and no greenery, the flowers were trimmed at random heights and were simply shoved in a vase with no thought to arrangement. I am not certain of what the sender requested but knowing them they would have been very discouraged. We recently received a most unappealing fruit basket that had very little fruit (though the store stickers were still on the few pieces provided). The delivery person even seemed to question whether it was in fact a fruit basket. Strangely there were oreos, chex mix and a bunch of random sausages and processed cheese spread as well as a bag of Craisins and a fruitcake the size of my thumb. Again, I am uncertain what the sender had requested, but unfortunately most of what we received was binned because they expiration dates were very close and it looked like it was all purchased at Christmas Tree Shop food section. read more

We found Paul's Florist and went to their shop to meet with one of the employees to see if this would be a good fit. The women who helped us was very kind and accepting to our needs for our wedding. She brought us through the whole check list and it was such a nice smooth process. We are so pleased with the flowers Paul's Florist provided us! They were delivered right on time and looked amazing!! Everyone loved the displays on the tables and the flowers the wedding party held. The price was extremly resonable! We were concerned as prices are usually so high for wedding flowers but we let them know our budget and they worked with us and we were beyond impressed with their designs and customer service! Terrible service! Used them as a vendor for my wedding. Was very unhappy with the flowers for my bridal party. Everytime I called them in regards to the wedding the person on the phone was clueless to what was going on. I called so upset on my wedding day about how rotten the flowers looked and how tiny the roses were for my bridesmaids, and they NEVER CALLED ME BACK!
