They sell pottery, jewelry, natural hair and skin products, carvings, herbs, spices, and tea. My friend bought a small elephant shaped stone thing for her boyfriend. I don't know the exact name for it but it looked cool. I ended up buying a small packet of loose leaf ginger tea with a tea sifter. The tea didn't taste good and it wasn't as strong as I would have liked. I love that the big paintings and stone carvings are made by local artists. SERVICE - Service was warm and pleasant. The young man who helped us while inside was nice. Of course, she was referring to Crystal Magic, in downtown Flagstaff (Arizona), on the corner of San Francisco Street and Route 66. Admittedly, I was not interested in coming here. But, I could tell that coming here would really make my daughter happy, so in we went. And, as disinterested as I was in coming here, I actually enjoyed looking around this store with my daughter. I think most of the people who come here do so because they believe in feelings or energy that emanates from objects, like rocks. To me, this sounds silly; but having the scientific mind that I do, I did get a lot of enjoyment out of the geological beauty of the items for sale here. Just imagining the incredible physical and chemical processes that produced these beautiful earth-made objects amazes me, along with how beautiful they can be. Looking around in this store was a real treat. It is not only incredibly well organized, but there is also something beautiful to look at in every direction. The owners here must have over a million dollars worth of items for sale here, all packed within this store. They obviously sell several types of precious crystals in multiple forms, but they also sell incense, candles, books, journals, wind chimes, and several other items. I was also pleased with the staff here, who were friendly and professional during my visit. If you're even a little interested in these types of things, Crystal Magic is a great place to shop. You should definitely check this store out if you're in the area. But if you do like the types of things sold here, and you do come inside, be prepared to drop some serious cash. I was very reluctant to leave them, and I even cried when telling Ryan about these rings and their sentimental value to me. He was very understanding, and cared for them as if it was his own families rings. Since this time, we have become friends. He truly does treat his customers like family though, if any issue arises, he quickly takes care of it (not that I had any issues at all, but I've heard from others). He makes sure that everyone is completely satisfied and happy. I can't thank him enough for how he took care of my rings, and made them look so beautiful for me. I didn't want to straighten anything as I wanted it how my grandma had them, I just simply wanted them a to for me and be a white color. Also, the pricing was super good!!
