PAUL Boulangerie is actually a popular chain in France; my cousin is a fan and mentioned it before to me. We spotted several locations in parts of France, but I wasn't keen on stepping foot into their location at first; I think I always preferred a local boulangerie over a chain any day. Nonetheless however, I was keen on giving them a try this time. At this Strasbourg location, they had a wonderful selection with fresh bread always on display - an excellent sign. We took home a croissant aux amandes & pain au chocolat - both quite good. Prices are above more than the local boulangerie, but I suppose that is expected from a chain. My cousin love this place, my beau & I were satisfied - if one is unsure about local boulangeries, just find a PAUL, they are everywhere x read more
