Nevertheless, I still own and wear a few RL pieces, and always take the time to explore this outlet store whenever I make a trip to Woodbury Common. This RL outlet is huge, and I'll be honest even after visiting multiple times I still don't know my full way around. They have a large selection of both men's and women's clothing, and their inventory is always plentiful. Note that the children's section is housed in its own store, not too far away. I've purchased multiple pairs of jeans from this outlet as well as sweaters, t-shirts, and other miscellaneous pieces. I've found everything to be of high quality, lasting through years of wear. However, like any outlet store, you have to search to find the goods - those solid color t-shirts for example don't last as long as the graphic tees. Also, it's hard to shop at outlets looking for something specific, it's better to go in with an open mind and sees what speaks to you. Staff is friendly and always willing to help, and there is always a good amount of employees at checkout which makes the whole process efficient. While I wouldn't go to the RL Outlet looking for something super specific, there's enough here for you to find at least one item to pick up. Happy shopping =)

Poor Communication and Worse Customer Treatment…read more I called the store on Dec 24 to confirm closing hours before making a long drive. I was told 5 PM. I arrived before then and was turned away because the doors had already been closed. When I returned after Christmas, customers were forced to stand outside for over an hour in freezing temperatures while it snowed. There were heaters, but only one was working--and it was positioned for the door employee, not the customers. The rest of the line had no heat at all. After waiting through all of that, they were out of the size I needed. Extremely disappointing experience, especially given the brand's pricing and reputation.

I came to Woodbury Common Premium Outlets this afternoon and left feeling refreshed…read more When I was younger, whenever I was stressed with work or business, I would often come here to spend a little money. Nothing beats a little retail therapy! I don't come here as often as I used to, but somehow, every visit still feels special. This afternoon, I stopped by a few premium brand stores, and every shopping experience was wonderful. On top of that, I also ended up getting quite a few steps in. By the time I got back to my car, I realized how much better I felt. Sometimes, a little shopping, a lot of walking, and a familiar place are all you need to reset.

In the rear side they got several racks of clothes on sale. The aisles were narrow and difficult to check while others were also in the same area. My wife picked a few items she wanted to try. Several fitting rooms were available in the back. Several staff members were available to assist customers. The checkout was quick and easy too. They packed the items very nicely in the bag.
