I love Dr. Cavallo's office…read more I came here for an evaluation after I hurt my knee and went to Stamford Hospital ER and they told me I sprained my knee. A week and a half later my knee still didn't feel right. I made an appointment to go to Dr. Cavallo. He was real thorough. After he did the test. He diagnosed me with a torn meniscus in my right knee, he even said you can get a second opinion if I would like. He does a lot of them, he him self has even had the surgery. I was very surprised since Stamford hospital was so off with my diagnosis. Dr. Cavallo actually did my surgery and I was very nervous because this was my first surgery. He put me at ease and did my surgery perfectly. Recovery was long and one of the toughest things I've had to do through no fault of his. I also started physical therapy in the same office with James Caroleo and he and his team who have also been wonderful. I would highly recommended Dr. Cavallo office for your orthopedic needs.

Laura, Vilma and Brandy have taken great care of me throughout the years and are always punctual with appointment reminders. It's a truly wonderful feeling to walk into an office and be greeted by friendly people who you can tell truly care. Another favorite of mine, Lori!! Always smiling and glowing she's a trip and have always ensured surgery dates are set and all documents are in order. Doc had performed two surgeries on me in the last few years. (Right shoulder repair, left knee arthroscopy). I enjoy coming in to see Doc as he answers all my questions and is extremely thorough. We have always talked all options prior to surgery and I have never not felt comfortable with his opinions. He's got a great personality, is super friendly and I have recommended him to many of friends and loved ones. There are plenty of doctors out there who may get the job done, but if you want to feel like you truly matter and that you are in good hands......there's only one thing to do.....call Doc today and you will understand exactly what I mean. Should you need physical therapy, his staff (James and Isac) on site are also amazing. I've moved to a different state and would still call these guys should I have any PT needs.

I'm talking about back pain so bad you're crying, no matter what position you're in you hurt, and where you're in so much pain you are physically ill and throwing up all day long, that kind of back pain. I was able to get an appointment for the same day, and upon arrival the receptionist (who I believe is also Dr.Lok's wife) greeted me like family, and thankfully immediately showed me where the restroom was so my stomach could rebel again. Then, after that lovely experience, I was taken into a treatment room where Dr. Lok questioned me on what was wrong and then proceeded to examine me. Before coming to the U.S., Dr.Lok was a surgeon in China, so the man knows anatomy. Pretty quickly Dr.Lok determined that I was experiencing tendinitis down my spine ("easy to treat"), and stick his handy little needles from the starting point to where it stopped, attached the little electric doodads and got it going, plus put a heat lamp over my back to increase whatever relief I could get. Let me tell you, there was immediate relief! I took a quick nap on my stomach (and I'm a back sleeper), that's the kind of relief I'm talking about. Once done, Dr.Lok essentially gave me a spine massage, massaging me in between each individual vertebrae. After it was all over, I got up moved about twisting around, and holy crap I felt so so much better, I could move! Oh, and since Dr.Lok does not advertise, his prices are extremely reasonable: $99, though I added a 20% tip for making me feel so much better. I will definitely be coming back!

I think I saw every type of doctor/health practitioner under the sun and no one was able to give me relief. Dr. Reuben, however, diagnosed my issue within minutes and I was pain free within two weeks (probably less)! Everyone else I went to solely focused on my symptoms, while Dr. Reuben focused on the cause. I just need to re-balance the muscles surrounding my knee - which simply took the right physical therapy/exercises. I highly recommend Dr. Reuben and thank him for his help!

The shoulder and neck issue that I originally came for was 100% resolved-- but I should also mention that some additional issues (that I had just assumed were age-related) drastically improved too! I feel so much better. What a relief!!! The variety of treatments are really impressive and well-rounded. I've tried acupuncture MANY MANY times and I can't say that I noticed concrete results myself. Dr. Pulick's treatments are totally unique and they're 1000% effective. The office is convenient with easy parking and the entire staff is lovely. Wonderful experience :) Go to RSM!!!

There was no inquiry at the check in either. The chaotic office for check in and check out, failure of everyone to confirm current medications, not having a fully operational patient portal, and failure to provide the expected prescription aren't what I expect. Update: I discovered Doctor didn't provide prescription then was not in the office this following week which is why I didn't receive the promised prescription by email. After another call to the office today, I was promised a "generic prescription" would be emailed. It never arrived so I left yet another message. It's amusing though that during this time I've received 3 surveys about quality of care at this office!

Happily I was able to see him the same day I called. While other doctors and their staff let things slip as Covid took over, he has maintained the same high quality/expertise and concern for patients that he had couple years ago. Dr. Brodsky provided me with pros and cons of treatment options (including cost/time of recovery and where to get a walker.) When supply shortage meant the walker wasn't available, he approved another option within few minutes (thus ensuring I got walker the next day rather than week or more out.) I should heal in a few weeks enthused. Additionally appreciate that he treated me professionally. My friends took care of telling me to ditch shoes, get rid of loose rugs, and more. I highly recommend Dr. Brodsky who continues to excel.

He first tried conservative measures which helped some of the pain, but we progressed in measured fashion to an epidural injection which alleviated 80% of my pain. I was still recovering from left rotator cuff surgery, but I have to say that I suffered much more from the herniated disc. Dr. Heftler always responded promptly with compassion and a detailed explanation of his treatment plan. I could also get a rapid phone responses and appointments with him. His down to earth demeanor and sense of humor always reassured me and I left his office with an optimistic outlook. I only required one of a potential three epidural Injections and with gentle stretching, PT and most of all, patience I am now pain free. I waited until I could make this statement after playing 2 consecutive rounds of golf in Florida before I posted this review- 3 months after my MRI. He is a great clinician and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to avoid back surgery after a significant herniated disc. After reviewing my MRI his back surgeon partner felt that I would most likely need a microdiscectomy. Thanks so much Dr. Heftler for helping me beat the odds! Sincerely, Ben Peng, MD
